Abstract
【解決手段】筒状の塔本体20と、該塔本体20の上部に設けた燃焼排ガス導入部30と、該燃焼排ガス導入部30に設けた燃焼排ガス供給管40と、前記塔本体20の下部に設けた燃焼排ガス排出管50と、前記塔本体に設けた水噴霧ノズル60を備えた減温塔である。前記燃焼排ガス導入部30を、有蓋円筒状の拡散部31と、該拡散部31の下部に設けた倒立裁頭円錐形状の整流部32により形成すると共に、前記燃焼排ガス供給管40を斜め上向きにして前記整流部32の側面34に接続する。

Description
図1に示すように、減温塔10は、円筒状の縦長な塔本体20と、塔本体20の上部に設けた燃焼排ガス導入部(「チャンバ」ともいう。)30と、燃焼排ガス導入部30に接続させた燃焼排ガス供給管40と、塔本体20の下部に設けた燃焼排ガス排出管50と、塔本体20に設けたスプレーノズル(水噴霧ノズルと称する。)60により形成されている。また、塔本体20の底部には、灰排出装置(図示せず)を設け、塔本体20の底部に溜まった灰を定期的に排出するようになっている。

図7は、本発明に係る減温塔の熱流動線図である。この熱流動線図によれば、本発明に係る減温塔は、燃焼排ガスの偏流や二次流れによる滞留が殆どないことが分かる。

Claims (7)
- 筒状の塔本体と、該塔本体の上部に設けた燃焼排ガス導入部と、該燃焼排ガス導入部に設けた燃焼排ガス供給管と、前記塔本体の下部に設けた燃焼排ガス排出管と、前記塔本体に設けた水噴霧ノズルを備えた減温塔において、前記燃焼排ガス導入部を、有蓋円筒状の拡散部と、該拡散部の下部に設けた倒立裁頭円錐形状の整流部により形成すると共に、前記燃焼排ガス供給管を斜め上向きにして前記整流部の側面に接続させたことを特徴とする減温塔。
- 前記燃焼排ガス排出管を、その先端開口部が前記塔本体の略軸心上に位置するように設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の減温塔。
- 前記燃焼排ガス排出管を、前記塔本体に対して斜め上向きに設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の減温塔。
- 前記塔本体の内径をDとしたとき、前記燃焼排ガス導入部の内径D1 をD/2〜3D/2、前記塔本体と前記燃焼排ガス導入部を接続させる接続部の内径D2 をD/3〜D/2とし、且つ、D1 ≧D2 とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の減温塔。
- 前記燃焼排ガス供給管の傾斜角θ1 を45°〜65°に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の減温塔。
- 前記燃焼排ガス導入部における整流部の傾斜角θ2 を45°〜65°に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の減温塔。
- 前記燃焼排ガス排出管の傾斜角θ3 を45°〜65°に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の減温塔。
