【解決手段】類似ブレードを検証する断層写真設備を較正するための、欠陥を含む試験ブレードの作製。三次元ブランク(12)が合成材料の繊維を織ることによって作られ、樹脂でそれを被覆する前に、固体状態の樹脂要素(14)が上記ブランクの所定位置に挿入される。

金型を充填するために分当り300立方センチメートル(cm3/分)の速度、165℃で樹脂を注入した。
注入圧力:17バールまで。
180℃で2時間(h)の焼成。

Claims (4)
- 類似ブレードのX線検査を較正するための複合材料の試験ブレードを作製する方法であって、
合成材料繊維で織った三次元ブランク(12)を作るステップと、前記ブランク中の所定位置に固体状態の樹脂要素(14)を挿入するステップと、前記ブランクを金型中に挿入するステップと、前記金型中に圧力下で樹脂を注入して前記試験ブレードを得るステップとからなることを特徴とする、方法。 - 樹脂要素(14)が実質上球形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記球状樹脂要素(14)が、例えば2mmから10mmの範囲に選択された、異なる直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 樹脂を注入する前に、選択された位置で、繊維のいくつかのストランドが前記ブランク中の切断片(20)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
