【解決手段】停止要求に基づいて内燃機関の停止段階が導入される内燃機関の運転方法において、この停止段階の中で噴射パラメータ及び点火パラメータが測定される。

コントロールされ且つ一定の噴射パルス及び点火パルスの出力のために、停止演算アルゴリズムは、例えばクランクシャフトの回転数及び加速度に基づいて、エンジンが実際に未だ点火上死点を通る次の通過によって完全な圧縮行程又は吸入行程を行っているか否かを確認する。その間にドライバーによってスタート要求が出されると、クランクシャフト角度及び好ましくはシリンダカウンタに基づいて、次に圧縮行程或いは吸入行程に入るシリンダが特定される。次いで、特定されたシリンダの中で噴射と点火が行われ、その際にアルゴリズムが噴射量に関する記憶値を遡って利用し、例えば回転数やその他のエンジンパラメータに応じて噴射の時点、時間的長さ(シングル噴射或いは多段式噴射;及び/又は上死点の前又は後)及び点火角度を出力する。
それ故、要約すれば本発明では本質的に、例えばスタート/ストップ運転の際の停止要求の後で、シンクロラスターの中の噴射及び点火のための演算アルゴリズムの代わりとして或いはそれと並行して、エンジン停止段階の間の噴射信号及び点火信号の計算のための停止演算アルゴリズムが計算される。この停止演算アルゴリズムは、その際角度ベースででも或いは時間ベースででも実行されることができ、シンクロラスターに結び付けられてはいない。更に、この停止演算アルゴリズムは自律的に計算を行うけれども、シンクロラスターの中で通常の演算アルゴリズムの計算値を遡って利用することもできる。

Claims (10)
- 停止要求に基づいて内燃機関の停止段階が導入される内燃機関の運転方法において、
この停止段階の中で噴射パラメータ及び点火パラメータが測定されることを特徴とする内燃機関の運転方法。 - 噴射パラメータ及び点火パラメータの測定が、シンクロラスターとは独立に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 停止段階の中で、クランクシャフトの角度位置が測定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の運転方法。
- 測定された噴射パラメータ及び点火パラメータが、その後に出される始動要求のために準備されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- 停止段階の間に始動要求があった場合には、既に準備されていた噴射パラメータ及び点火パラメータが遡って利用されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の運転方法。
- 噴射パラメータ及び点火パラメータの測定或いは修正の際に、モデル、ガス交換の際に流入及び流出する新気と残留ガスのダイナミクス、並びにその他のモデルパラメータ或いはエンジンパラメータが考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- クランクシャフトの角度位置及び内燃機関の諸パラメータに基づいて、いずれかのシリンダ内で作動行程の中での上死点の通過に伴ってクランクシャフトの回転が期待されるか否かが測定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- 作動行程の中での上死点の通過に伴ってクランクシャフトの回転が期待される場合にはダイレクトスタートが行われ、上死点の通過が期待されない場合にはスターターの支援による始動が行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の運転方法。
- 一つの圧縮行程及び作動行程の少なくともいずれかの中で、噴射が複数の噴射に分割して行われるか、及び点火が複数の点火に分割して行われるかの少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- 内燃機関の運転及び始動の少なくともいずれかのためのパラメータを測定するための演算手段(410)を有し、その際、制御装置(1)が、停止要求がある場合には停止段階を導入する、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の運転方法を実施するための内燃機関(500)の運転制御装置(1)において、
演算手段(410)が、停止段階の中で噴射パラメータ及び点火パラメータを測定することを特徴とする内燃機関の運転制御装置。
