In the use test, a total of 10 males and females aged 20 to 50 who care about obesity were used as a group, and the examples or comparative examples were used blind once a day for 2 weeks, and the waist before and after use was measured. 表4に示した通り、本発明の実施例は全て良好な痩身効果を発揮していた。これに対し、比較例は、有効成分を対応する実施例の3倍量含有しているにもかかわらず、その痩身効果は実施例ほどではなかった。すなわち、本願発明の痩身用組成物においては、ガラナと特定の成分を併用することにより、痩身効果が相乗的に向上していることは明らかである。   As shown in Table 4, all the examples of the present invention exhibited a good slimming effect.
