Abstract

Claims (10)
- 吸気口カウリング(14)を有するタービンエンジン用の熱伝達システムであって、
少なくともその一部分が該吸気口カウリング(14)の内部と接触して配置される少なくとも1本のヒートパイプ(28)を含み、該ヒートパイプ(28)が熱源と熱的に結合することによって、該ヒートパイプを通して該熱源からの熱を該吸気口カウリング(14)へ伝達することができる熱伝達システム。 - 該吸気口カウリング(14)が略U字形断面を有し、
該少なくとも1本のヒートパイプ(28)が該吸気口カウリング(14)内に配置される略U字形前方部分(32)と、略軸方向延在後方部分(30)と、該前方部分(32)と該後方部分(30)を相互接続する移行部分(33)とを含む、請求項1に記載の熱伝達システム。 - 該移行部分(33)が少なくとも部分的に円周方向に延びる、請求項2に記載の熱伝達システム。
- 該少なくとも1本のヒートパイプ(28)の少なくとも一端部分が熱交換器(22)の中空内部の内側に配置され、該熱交換器(22)を通して加熱された流体の流れを受けるようになっている請求項1に記載の熱伝達システム。
- 前記少なくとも1本のヒートパイプ(28)が、
熱交換器(22)に接続され該熱交換器(22)を通して加熱された流体の流れを受けるようになっている第一端と、
該ヒートパイプ(28)の遠心端に配置される非断熱部分(39)と、
該第一端と該非断熱部分(39)の間に配置される断熱部分とを含む、請求項1に記載の熱伝達システム。 - 該少なくとも1本のヒートパイプ(28)が非円形断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載の熱伝達システム。
- 該少なくとも1本のヒートパイプ(28)が熱伝導性材料の結合器(134)によって互いに熱的に結合される前方ヒートパイプ(130)と後方ヒートパイプ(132)とを含む複合型ヒートパイプ(128)であり、該結合器が該前方および後方ヒートパイプ(130,132)の少なくとも一部分を取り囲む、請求項1に記載の熱伝達システム。
- 該前方および後方ヒートパイプ(130,132)が該結合器(134)によって互いに物理的に接触して維持される、請求項7に記載の熱伝達システム。
- 該結合器(134)内かつ該前方および後方ヒートパイプ(130,132)間に画定される空間が熱伝導性材料のフィラー(136)によって塞がれる、請求項8に記載の熱伝達システム。
- 該一次および二次ヒートパイプ(128)の該結合器(134)内の部分が相互補完的な非円形形状を有し、互いに十分に適合接触して配置される、請求項8に記載の熱伝達システム。
