Abstract

Claims (14)
- 骨固定装置であって、
骨または椎骨に固定されるべきシャンク(3)およびシャンクに接続される受部(5,5′)を備える固定要素(2,2′)と、
少なくとも2つの固定要素を接続するためのロッド(20,20′)とを備え、
受部(5,5′)は前記ロッドを受けるための凹部(5a,11)を備え、前記ロッドはその少なくとも一部に管状の形状を有し、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
ロッドを凹部に留めるために受部と協働するロッキング要素(50,29)と、
ロッキング要素(50,29)とロッド(20,20′)との間に配置され、ロッドに圧力をかけてロッドを凹部にロックするための充填部品(60,22)とを備え、充填部品は前記ロッドの一部と接触するロッド接触面(61,25)を備え、ロッド接触面の形状はロッドの部分の形状に適合される、骨固定装置。 - 充填部品(60,22)は、ロッキング要素(50,29)に回転可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 回転可能な接続は、ロッキング要素(29,31)または充填部品(60)にそれぞれに設けられた孔(51,27)と係合する、充填部品(60)またはロッキング要素(29,31)上に設けられたピン(63,35)によって確立される、請求項2に記載の骨固定装置。
- 充填部品(50,22)は受部(5,5′)において摺動可能である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 充填部品と接触するロッドの部分は管状である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 受部(5)はシャンク(3)に単軸方向に接続される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- シャンク(3)は、受部(5)に旋回可能に接続される頭部(4)を備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 圧力要素(15)は、頭部に圧力をかけて頭部を受部(5)にロックするためにロッドと頭部(4)との間に設けられる、請求項7に記載の骨固定装置。
- 凹部(5a,11)は2つの自由な脚部(5b,5b′,12,13)を与える実質的にU字型であり、ロッキング要素(29)は脚部に設けられた雌ねじと協働する内部ねじである、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
