Abstract

Claims (11)
- ターボ機械の遠心圧縮機のインペラの下流側空洞の換気システムであって、下流側空洞が、インペラの下流側面と遠心圧縮機の出口に配置された環状ディフューザの下流側末端片とにより画定され、かつ遠心圧縮機の出口から空気を取り出して換気され、前記換気システムが、インペラの下流側空洞に固定して取り付けられた分岐手段を備え、該分岐手段は、圧縮機の出口から取り出された空気を、インペラの下流側空洞内の入口へディフューザの環状末端片に沿って分岐させるとともに、下流側空洞の下流側部分からの換気空気を分岐させて、換気空気をインペラの下流側面に沿って径方向内側から外側に流れさせる、システム。
- 分岐手段が、インペラの下流側空洞内で、ディフューザの環状末端片の下流側端の固定手段に固定して取り付けられた環状金属板を含んでおり、該環状金属板が、前記固定手段からインペラの下流側面に沿って上流側に延びて、圧縮機の出口から空気を取り出す空気取り出し手段の近傍で終端する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 分岐手段が、ディフューザの環状末端片の下流側端の固定手段に固定して取り付けられた第2の環状金属板を含み、該第2の環状金属板が、前記固定手段からディフューザの環状末端片にほぼ平行に上流側に延びて、圧縮機の出口から空気を取り出す空気取り出し手段の近傍で終端する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 第2の環状金属板の上流側端が、第1の環状金属板の上流側端の径方向外側に配置される、請求項2および3に記載のシステム。
- インペラの下流側面が、2個の環状金属板の上流側端の間で下流側空洞内に突出部として延びる、流れを分岐させる環状要素を支持する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 第1の環状金属板が、インペラの下流側面と共に換気空気の環状通路を形成し、該換気空気の環状通路が、第2の環状金属板とディフューザの末端片との間に形成される換気空気の環状通路と下流側端で連通する、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 第2の環状金属板が、下流側空洞の内部にあり、第2の環状金属板がディフューザの環状末端片と共に形成する環状通路が、圧縮機の出口から取り出される空気を供給される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 第2の環状金属板が、下流側空洞の外側にあり、第2の環状金属板がディフューザの環状末端片と共に形成する環状通路が、ディフューザから出る空気を供給される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 環状金属板が、換気空気の噴射回路から取り出される空気を下流側端で供給される環状通路を、インペラの下流側面と共に画定する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- インペラの下流側面に換気空気の噴射手段を含み、該噴射手段を出る空気の流れが、インペラの回転方向に向けられ、噴射手段が、第2の環状金属板および/またはディフューザの環状末端片により支持される、請求項3から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の換気システムを含む、ターボ機械。
