Abstract
【解決手段】ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100に対し、平均粒径が5〜2000nmでありかつガラス転移点が−100℃〜−65℃である架橋されたゴム粒子1〜50重量部と、平均粒径が10〜1000μmの硬質粒状体(特には、種子の殻又は果実の核を粉砕してなる植物性粒状体)0.5〜10重量部とを配合してなるものである。上記ゴム粒子は、硫黄及びC=C二重結合を含有するものであり、かつ、OH基を有する化合物で変性されたものが好適である。

・ブタジエンゴム:宇部興産製「BR133P」(ゴムポリマー100重量部に対してオイルを37.5重量部含有する油展ゴム)、
・ゴム粒子1:ラインケミー社製「マイクロモフ30B」(ブタジエンゴムをベースとするゴムゲル、平均粒径=130nm、トルエン膨潤指数Qi=5.9、ゲル含量=97重量%、Tg=−80℃、ヒドロキシブチルメタクリレートによる変性品)、
・ゴム粒子2:ラインケミー社製「マイクロモフ3B」(スチレン−ブタジエンゴムをベースするゴムゲル、平均粒径=60nm、トルエン膨潤指数Qi=5.9、ゲル含量=97重量%、Tg=−60℃、ヒドロキシブチルメタクリレートによる変性品)、
・ゴム粒子3:三洋貿易社により供給されるゴム粒子「VP−108」(ベースゴム:スチレン−ブタジエンゴム、平均粒径=100nm、Tg=−12℃)、
・植物性粒状体:胡桃殻粉砕物(日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリップ#46」にRFL処理液で表面処理を施したもの。処理後の植物性粒状体の平均粒径は300μm(島津製作所製の粒度分布測定装置「SALV−2000A」により測定))、
・カーボンブラック:東海カーボン製「シーストKH」、
・シリカ:日本シリカ製「ニップシールAQ」、
・シランカップリング剤:デグサ製「Si69」、
・パラフィンオイル:JOMO製「プロセスP200」。
Claims (6)
- ジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分に対し、平均粒径が5〜2000nmでありかつガラス転移点が−100℃〜−65℃である架橋されたゴム粒子と、平均粒径が10〜1000μmの硬質粒状体とを配合してなる冬用タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム粒子は、トルエン膨潤指数Qiが1〜15であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冬用タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム粒子は、硫黄及びC=C二重結合を含有するものであり、かつ、OH基を有する化合物で変性されたものである請求項1又は2記載の冬用タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム成分100重量部に対し、前記ゴム粒子1〜50重量部と、前記硬質粒状体0.5〜10重量部を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の冬用タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記硬質粒状体が種子の殻又は果実の核を粉砕してなる植物性粒状体である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物からなるトレッドを備えた冬用タイヤ。
