Description

The present invention relates to a packaging method for automatically filling a packaging bag in a state in which an article to be packaged such as a shaving node that is light and easy to rise is compressed into a small bulk.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-52890 discloses an example of a conventional gas-filled packaging apparatus according to the present applicant. This "equipment for gas filling and sealing for continuous packaging machines" supports a packaging bag by a grip pair provided on a rotary table so as to intermittently transfer, and fills an object to be packed during the transfer. A gas comprising a device for filling an article to be packaged and a pair of sandwiching plates provided on a rotary table to support and intermittently transfer the packaging bag and inject an inert gas into the packaging bag and a heat sealing means for the bag mouth Two devices of the filling device are structured to be connected to one machine stand as a delivery process for each stop process.

In the conventional gas-filling-type packaging device, which consists of a package filling device and a gas filling device, a rotary table having a grip pair and a rotary table having a sandwich plate and a welding bar are separately driven. It has a complicated structure that is intermittently driven by a mechanism. For this reason, when the packaging bag is delivered from the grip pair of the packaged filling device to the sandwiching plate of the gas filling device, the packaging bag falls due to unsuccessful delivery or the sandwiching plate of the gas filling device. There is a problem that it is not supported in a normal state. In addition, the packaging capacity was about 20 bags per minute because the speed could not be increased so as to ensure the delivery operation of the packaging bags.

In addition, when the packaged item is light and fluffy like a shaving node, it tends to rise when filling the packaging bag, and some of it will pop out or adhere to the inner surface of the bag mouth There is. Further, in a state where the packaged item is stored in a bulky state in the packaging bag, the gas filling operation is hindered because it rises when a nozzle is inserted into the packaging bag and an inert gas is injected in a subsequent process. In order to cope with such a problem, the present applicant has developed a pushing device that reduces the bulk by compressing an article to be packaged, such as a shaving node, put into the packaging bag with a push rod (Japanese Patent No. 2520262). However, even in this pushing device, if the pushing operation is made faster, the packaged material will rise and become unsettled, so it cannot be made too fast, so it has been difficult to increase the packaging ability.

Japanese Patent No. 3742042 discloses an “inert gas filling method in a packaging machine” in which a packaging bag is filled with an object to be packaged and an inert gas and a bag mouth is sealed using a single intermittent rotary table. Has been. Although this packaging method can be applied to bagging of shaving clauses, the shaving clause is not configured to be filled into a packaging bag in a compressed and small-bulk state to perform gas replacement. The phenomenon of soaring cannot be suppressed.

An object of the present invention is to provide a compression filling packaging method having a high packaging ability for filling a packaging bag and performing gas replacement in a state where the article to be packaged is compressed into a small bulk.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a rotating body provided with a number of grip pairs in a radial direction is intermittently stopped and moved by a plurality of processes by intermittent drive means, and suspended by each grip pair. In a rotary packaging machine in which a packaging bag supported in a lowered form is filled with a predetermined amount of compressible packaging and filled with an inert gas by a gas filling nozzle to seal the bag mouth,
A rotating plate that rotates intermittently in synchronism with the rotating body, a plurality of funnels arranged on the rotating plate at equal angular intervals from the center of rotation, and the bottom surface of each funnel is always closed to be packaged in a packaging bag Provided with a compression filling machine comprising a shutter that opens the bottom surface when an object is charged, and a push bar that is movable in the vertical direction to press the articles to be packaged that are respectively loaded into each funnel from the weighing means. A lower funnel is provided that inserts a drop port at the lower end into the bag mouth of the packaging bag to be stopped in the process and allows the bag to escape from the bag mouth after filling the packaged goods.
In the compression filling machine, the packaged material put into the funnel is pressed from above with the push rod to reduce the bulk, and the packaging bag opened in the filling process of the packaging machine Almost at the same time when the lower funnel drop port is inserted into the mouth, the packed object in the funnel is pushed into the packaging bag by the push rod, and the gas filling nozzle is used in the temporary sealing step. Is inserted into the packaging bag and a temporary seal is applied to the bag mouth to leave the periphery of the nozzle, and then the inert gas is discharged from the gas filling nozzle while the packaging bag moves several steps. By shaking the packaging bag with vibration means while blowing out the gas, the gas replacement is promoted and the packaged object is swollen, and in the top sealing step, the gas filling nozzle is allowed to escape from the packaging bag and the top of the packaging bag. The bag mouth is sealed by the sealing means in a state where the air is pushed out by the pressing means and the air in the bag is expelled, and in the subsequent subsequent process, the sealing portion applied in the previous process is cooled and then gripped by the grip pair. It is characterized in that the wearing state is released and the packaging bag is discharged out of the machine.

In order to achieve the same object, the invention described in claim 2 is the compression filling packaging method according to claim 1, wherein the compression filling machine compresses the article to be packed to reduce the bulk. The gas replacement is performed by injecting an inert gas from a gas nozzle provided on the rod.

In order to achieve the same object, the invention described in claim 3 is the compression filling packaging method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the article to be packaged placed in the funnel is pressed in the lateral direction. By performing the pressing operation with the push rod, the volume of the packaged item is reduced.

It is characterized by that.

(Invention of Claim 1)
In this compression filling packaging method, the packaging bag is filled and compressed in a small volume, and gas replacement is performed, so that 20 bags per minute according to the conventional method is reduced to about 30 bags per minute. Furthermore, since it is a method of filling the packaging bag in a state where the packaged item is made small, the packaging bag can be smaller than the conventional method, which contributes to a reduction in packaging material cost.

(Invention of Claim 2)
In this compression filling packaging method, since the inert gas is blown and gas replacement is performed when the packaged material is made small in volume by the compression filling machine, the residual oxygen rate in the packaging bag is lowered as a result. Quality is improved.

(Invention of Claim 3)
In this compression filling and packaging method, the volume of the package can be further reduced by performing the pressing operation with the push rod in a state where the package to be packaged in the funnel is pressed in the lateral direction. Smaller than conventional methods.

(Invention of Claim 4)
In this compression filling packaging method, the volume of the packaged item can be further reduced by performing the second pressing operation in the step immediately after the filling step. In addition, it is possible to satisfactorily seal the bag mouth by blowing away the object to be packaged attached to the inner surface of the bag mouth.

The upper ends of the guide bars 21 are attached to the ring plate 22. Reference numeral 23 denotes a slider mounted on the guide bar 21 so as to be movable in the vertical direction. Reference numeral 25 denotes a push bar attached to the front surface of the slider 7 in the vertical direction. These push rods 25 have a function of making the shaving k k small by pressing the shaving k that is put into the respective funnels 18 from the weighing means from above, and by pushing the shaving k k made small in size into the packaging bag a Has the function of

In addition, about the raising / lowering mechanism which raises / lowers the said push rod 25, it is set as the structure according to the raising / lowering mechanism in the said gas filling nozzle 8. FIG. In addition, a gas nozzle (not shown) may be provided on the push rod 25, and gas replacement may be performed by blowing an inert gas from the gas nozzle when the shaving k is compressed to a small volume.

As for the funnel 18, the cylindrical portion 18a has a cylindrical shape. However, in order to reduce the bulk of the cutting node k, as shown in FIG. 5, the volume for storing the cutting node k may be variable.
That is, a movable frame 32 made of a thin spring plate that can be elastically deformed is opposed to the U-shaped outer frame 31 so that the movable frame 32 is advanced and retracted by an actuator 33 such as a pneumatic cylinder. Thus, it is also possible to provide a pressing operation by the push rod 25 in a state where the shaving k inserted in the funnel 18 is pressed in the lateral direction.

Reference numeral 35 denotes a lower funnel installed in the packing / pushing-in process (d) of the article to be packaged. The lower funnel 35 is provided so that the lower end opening is inserted into the bag mouth b of the packaging bag a that stops in the filling / pushing step (d) and escapes from the bag mouth b after the shaving k is filled.

(1) In the bag feeding process (A) of the packaging machine P, the bag feeding device 10 supplies the packaging bag a to the grip pair g. In the printing step (b), a printing date such as the expiration date is printed on the back side of the packaging bag a by a known printing device 40.
(2) In the opening / printing confirmation step (c), the front and rear surfaces of the packaging bag a are sucked by the suction cups 46, 46 by the known opening means 45, and the bag mouth b is opened.
(3) On the other hand, on the compression filling machine 15 side, the cutting node k introduced into the funnel 18 from the measuring means is pressed from above by the push rod 25 to reduce the bulk (steps a to e).
(4) In the filling / pushing-in process (d) of the article to be packaged, the dropping port of the lower funnel 35 is inserted into the bag port b of the packaging bag a. At almost the same time, the small knot k in the funnel 18 of the compression filling machine 15 is pushed by the push rod 25 and filled into the packaging bag a.
(5) Next, the packaging bag a is intermittently transferred to the second pushing step (e) by the intermittent rotation of the rotating body 3. Accordingly, the shaving k is pressed by the push bar 51 of the push-in means 50 to further reduce the bulk, and at the same time, the compressed air blown from a small hole (not shown) provided in the push bar 51 causes the bag mouth b to The shaving k attached to the inner surface is blown away.
(6) In the temporary sealing step (f), the gas filling nozzle 8 is inserted into the packaging bag a and filling of the inert gas is started. At the same time, a temporary seal is applied to the bag mouth b in a state where the periphery of the nozzle 8 is kept in a straight line tension by the sealing bars 56, 56 of the temporary seal means 55.
(7) In the gas replacement / brushing process (G) to (W), while the packaging bag a is moving, gas is generated by shaking the packaging bag a by the vibration means 60 while injecting an inert gas from the gas filling nozzle 8. The replacement is promoted and the cut k is observed.
(8) In the top sealing step (f), the gas filling nozzle 8 is escaped from the packaging bag a and the upper portion of the packaging bag a is pressed by the pressing means 65 to expel the air in the bag. The bag mouth b is sealed by the sealing bars 71, 71.
(9) In the cooling step (ii) of the seal portion, the heat cooling portion applied in the previous step is cooled by the seal cooling means 75.
(10) In the step (t) of detecting the biting of the article to be packaged into the seal portion, the detecting means 80 detects whether or not the article to be packaged is biting into the seal portion of the packaging bag a.
(11) Next, in the product discharge step (t), the packaging bag a is released to the outside by the release operation of the grip pair g.

As described above, this compression filling packaging method compresses the cut k and fills the packaging bag in a small volume and performs gas replacement, thereby replacing 20 bags per minute by 30 bags per minute. The packaging capacity can be increased to the extent. As a result, it is most suitable for packaging of shaving nodes and the like that are light and easy to rise.
