Abstract

塊状の被包装物、例えば、「生うどん麺」の包装については、回転体の放射方向に配置されたグリップ対毎に充填漏斗を設けてそれらを一緒に各工程に間欠移動させて包装を行うように構成されたロータリー方式の包装機を使用し、作業者が厚紙を樋形状に曲げた状態にて当該厚紙に載せた軟らかな生うどん麺を充填漏斗内に次々に自由落下させることにより充填を行い、後工程にて包装袋の袋口の封止が施されて製品たる包装袋を機外に排出する方法が採られている。
因みに、充填漏斗をグリップ対毎に備えた包装機としては、本件出願人の所有する特許第2884061号の公報に掲載されたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の包装方法における生うどん麺の充填は、作業者によって適当な高さから充填漏斗内に自由落下させることにより行なわれているので、その落下による勢いで包装袋内に投入された生うどん麺の外観形状が崩れたり、生うどん麺の傷みを生じさせるなどの不都合があった。

(4)印字・開口工程(ハ)において、賞味期限等の印字が施されると共に、図示しない吸盤の真空吸着動作によって包装袋aの袋口bが開放される。
(5)被包装物の充填工程(ニ)において、挿入機構25の押送片28が先端部29にて前方の生うどん麺mを載せたトレー10を、その後端部30にて後方の生うどん麺mを載せたトレー10を同時に押送し、前方のトレー10から順に水平に保持されて開口された状態の包装袋a内へ挿入する。
(6)被包装物の押込み工程(ホ)において、図示しない押し込み手段により生うどん麺の後端部を押えることにより、当該生うどん麺を包装袋a内にうまく収まるように整える。
(7)包装袋の垂直反転工程(ヘ)において、生うどん麺とトレー10を充填した包装袋aは、包装袋支持角度可変装置により水平姿勢から垂直姿勢に変換される。
(8)小袋投入工程(ト)において、案内部材37,38の先端部37a,38aが、小袋投入装置35の横杆36の下降により包装袋aの裏側の内面と生うどん麺との間に挿入され、ついで、先端部37a,38aの開放動作により小袋供給機構から放出される小袋が投入される。
