Description
少なくとも1種の粒子状の有機固体又は無機固体、及び、
一般式I
R2は、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、水素及びメチルから選択され、
m及びnは、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、0〜10の範囲の整数から選択され、
R3は、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、水素及びC6−C20−アルキルから選択され、
Mは、アルカリ金属又はアンモニウムを表す。)
で表される乳化剤から選択された少なくとも1種の乳化剤、
を含む少なくとも1種の水性液で処理することにより吸収材料を仕上げ処理する方法に関する。
R5はCH3、C2H5を表し、
xは4〜12の整数、特に好ましくは6〜8の整数を表し、
yは1〜11の整数、好ましくは1〜6の整数を表す)で表されるエステルとのコポリマー、又はグリシル(メタ)アクリラートとフッ素化カルボン酸のビニルエステルとのコポリマーが好適である。
R6は、C1−C18−アルキル、例えば、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、s−ブチル、t−ブチル、n−ペンチル、イソペンチル、s−ペンチル、ネオペンチル、1,2−ジメチルプロピル、イソアミル、n−ヘキシル、イソヘキシル、s−ヘキシル、n−ヘプチル、イソヘプチル、n−オクチル、n−ノニル、n−デシル、n−ドデシル、n−テトラデシル、n−ヘキサデシル、n−オクタデシル;好ましくはC1−C6−アルキル、例えば、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、s−ブチル、t−ブチル、n−ペンチル、イソペンチル、s−ペンチル、ネオペンチル、1,2−ジメチルプロピル、イソアミル、n−ヘキシル、イソヘキシル、s−ヘキシル、より好ましくはC1−C4−アルキル、例えば、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、s−ブチル、t−ブチル、特に好ましくはメチル;
C6−C14−アリール、例えば、フェニル、1−ナフチル、2−ナフチル、1−アントリル、2−アントリル、9−アントリル、1−フェナントリル、2−フェナントリル、3−フェナントリル、4−フェナントリル、9−フェナントリル、好ましくはフェニル、1−ナフチル、2−ナフチル、より好ましくはフェニル;
C3−C12−シクロアルキル、例えば、シクロプロピル、シクロブチル、シクロペンチル、シクロヘキシル、シクロヘプチル、シクロオクチル、シクロノニル、シクロデシル、シクロウンデシル、シクロドデシル、好ましくはシクロペンチル、シクロヘキシル、シクロヘプチル、又は、
Si(CH3)3、
から選択され、
aは、2〜10000の範囲の整数、特に100までの整数であり、
bは、0〜6の範囲の整数、特に1〜2の整数である。
m及びnは、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、0〜10の範囲の整数から選択され、1又は2が好ましく、2がより好ましく、
R3は、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、水素及びC6−C20−アルキル、例えばn−ヘキシル、イソヘキシル、n−ヘプチル、イソヘプチル、n−オクチル、イソオクチル、n−ノニル、n−デシル、イソデシル、n−ウンデシル、n−ドデシル、イソドデシル、n−トリデシル、n−テトラデシル、イソテトラデシル、n−ペンタデシル、n−ヘキサデシル、n−オクタデシル、n−エイコシル、から選択され、
Mは、アルカリ金属又はアンモニウムを表す。
例1.1:本発明の水性液1.1の製造
以下の成分をフラスコ中で機械的攪拌により混合した。
68.1gの、10質量%のメタクリル酸と90質量%のCH2=C(CH3)COO−CH2−CH2−n−C6H13とから形成された、分子量Mnが3000(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィーによる)であるランダムコポリマーの水分散液(固体含有量20質量%)
86.5gの、20質量%のアクリル酸と80質量%のエチレンとから形成された。分子量Mwが20000であり、N,N−ジメチルエタノールアミンで変性された、8.5〜9.5の間のpHを有するランダムコポリマーの水分散液(固体含有量20質量%)。
以下の成分をフラスコ中で機械的攪拌により混合した。
68.1gの、10質量%のメタクリル酸と90質量%のCH2=C(CH3)COO−CH2−CH2−n−C6H13とから形成された、分子量Mnが3000(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィーによる)であるランダムコポリマーの水分散液(固体含有量20質量%)

例2.1:本発明の水性液1.1による処理
例2.1.1:ポリエステルの処理
坪量が220g/m2であるポリエステルの織布を、Mathis社製のパジング機(モデルHVF12085)を用いて水性液1.1で処理した。ローラー間の絞り圧は2.6barであった。このことにより、60%の水性液が付着した。塗布速度は2m/分であった。処理されたポリエステル織布を、次いで120℃のテンターで乾燥した。最終的な熱処理を、循環空気中で150℃で3分間行った。本発明の処理されたポリエステル織布2.1.1が得られた。
坪量が160g/m2であるポリアミドの織布を、Mathis社製のパジング機(モデルHVF12085)を用いて水性液1.1で処理した。ローラー間の絞り圧は2.6barであった。このことにより、65%の水性液が付着した。塗布速度は2m/分であった。処理されたポリエステル織布を、次いで120℃のテンターで乾燥した。最終的な熱処理を、循環空気中で150℃で3分間行った。本発明の処理されたポリエステル織布2.1.2が得られた。
坪量が295g/m2であるポリアクリル系織布を、Mathis社製のパジング機(モデルHVF12085)を用いて水性液1.1で処理した。ローラー間の絞り圧は2.6barであった。このことにより、50%の水性液が付着した。塗布速度は2m/分であった。処理されたポリアクリル系織布を、次いで120℃のテンターで乾燥した。最終的な熱処理を、循環空気中で150℃で3分間行った。本発明の処理されたポリアクリル系織布2.1.3が得られた。
例2.2.1〜2.2.3では本発明の水性液1.1の代わりに本発明の水性液1.2を使用し、例2.3.1〜2.3.3では本発明の水性液1.1の代わりに本発明の水性液1.3を使用したことを除いて、例2.1.1〜2.1.3を繰り返した。
試験用の本発明で処理された繊維サンプルを手作業で引っ張り、傾斜角を1〜90°の範囲で連続的に調整可能な平坦な木板に釘で固定した。次いで、10mmの高さから、繊維サンプル上に、カニューレを使用して水滴を落下させた。水滴の質量は4.7mgであった。傾斜角を、水滴がちょうど玉のようになって落ち始め、粘着傾向が認められなくなる角度まで、徐々に減少させた。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1種の有機ポリマー、
少なくとも1種の粒子状の有機固体又は無機固体、及び、
一般式I
R2は、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、水素及びメチルから選択され、
m及びnは、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、0〜10の範囲の整数から選択され、
R3は、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、水素及びC6−C20−アルキルから選択され、
Mは、アルカリ金属又はアンモニウムを表す。)
で表される乳化剤から選択された少なくとも1種の乳化剤、
を含む少なくとも1種の水性液で処理することにより吸収材料を仕上げ処理する方法。 - 前記有機固体又は無機固体の全部又は少なくとも1種が疎水性である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記仕上げ処理の前に、前記吸収材料の表面に結合層を設ける、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記固体が1種以上の無機固体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機固体又は無機固体が前記水性液中に少なくとも5.5g/Lの割合で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機固体又は無機固体の粒径(メジアン値、数平均)が10〜1000nmの範囲である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収材料が繊維材料である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法により仕上げ処理された吸収材料。
- 少なくとも1種の有機ポリマー、
少なくとも1種の粒子状の有機固体又は無機固体、及び、
一般式I
R2は、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、水素及びメチルから選択され、
m及びnは、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、0〜10の範囲の整数から選択され、
R3は、同一であっても異なっていても良くそれぞれ、水素及びC6−C20−アルキルから選択され、
Mは、アルカリ金属又はアンモニウムを表す。)
で表される乳化剤から選択された少なくとも1種の乳化剤、
を含む水性液。 - 請求項8に記載の水性液を、吸収材料を仕上げ処理するために使用する方法。
- 少なくとも1種の有機ポリマー、少なくとも1種の粒子状の有機固体又は無機固体、水、及び一般式I及び一般式IIで表される乳化剤から選択された少なくとも1種の乳化剤、を混合することにより、請求項8に記載の水性液を製造する方法。
- 有機ポリマー、粒子状の有機固体又は無機固体、場合により1種以上の有機溶媒、一般式I又は一般式IIで表される1種以上の乳化剤、及び、場合により水を含む調合物であって、水の割合が該調合物のうちの室温で液体である部分の全体に対して15質量%以下である調合物を、請求項9に記載の水性液を製造するために使用する方法。
- 有機ポリマー、粒子状の有機固体又は無機固体、場合により1種以上の有機溶媒、一般式I又は一般式IIで表される1種以上の乳化剤、及び、場合により水を含む調合物であって、水の割合が15質量%以下である調合物。
