正規化値=(実際値−最小値)x95/(最大値−最小値)+5
EEPROMに保存されている閾値を用いて、各光弁に関する特性曲線を計算する。

北東の方向への変位(その他の八方位に関しても同様のことが成り立つ):

以下の条件は、場合によっては起こる押圧機能を検知するものである:
((LSA>=3)&(LSB>=3)&(LSC>=3)&(LSD>=3))
光弁の機械的な構成によって、変位の際には、一つの光弁に向かう動きと、その光弁と向かい合った光弁では、その光弁から離れる動きが生じる。この関係は、冗長的なものである。
(実際値−最小値)/(最大値−最小値)=正規化された実際値
ここで、これらの方向に対応する光弁の実際値と正規化した値のアークタンジェントを生成する。

大きさは、ピタゴラスの定理より、以下の通りとなる。
第一の場合:すべての実際値が、校正された値から同じ値だけずれている。その補正によ り意味の有る値となる場合には、この偏差だけ、フォトアイソレーターの補 正を行う。
第二の場合:向かい合った光弁の値が、逆方向に対して同じ程度ずれている。光学システ ムは、静止していない。調整しない。
第三の場合:単一の光弁が、その他の光弁より大きな偏差を有する。この場合、この単一 の光弁の閾値は、意味の有る限界値内に修正することが可能である。
Claims (7)
- 調整部品を用いて、送信器と受信器とから成る光学システムを遮断して、電気的に評価する自動車用操作部品の評価方法において、
光学システムが調整部品の変位に応じて遮断される状況を評価することを特徴とする方法。 - 赤外光を評価することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも二つの測定値、有利には四つの測定値を検出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 評価のために、アナログの測定値をデジタル化することと、平均値を算出することとを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 各方向に対して閾値を上回ることに関して、調整部品の変位を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 角度と大きさを検出することに関して、調整部品の変位を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 評価の前に、測定値の非バウンド化を行い、非バウンド化においては、少なくとも3回連続して同じ測定値が検出されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
