Description
- Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller mit einem in beliebige Richtungen bewegbaren, in der Mitte des Dreh- und/oder Druckstellers angeordneten Stellelementes, insbesondere eines Joysticks, der im Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller schwenkbar aufgenommen und mittels eines zwischen dem Dreh- und/oder Druckstellers und dem Stellelement angeordneten Federelements positionierbar ist.
- Aus der unveröffentlichten
deutschen Patentanmeldung DE 103 42 335 ist ein mit einem Joystick versehener Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller bekannt. Bei diesem Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller mit Joystickfunktion handelt es sich um einen Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller, in den mittig ein Joystick integriert ist. Der Joystick ist schwenkbar im Dreh-Druckschalter aufgenommen und relativ zum Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller bewegbar. Mittels einer Druckfeder, die zwischen dem Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller und einer an den Joystick angeformten Kulisse angeordnet ist, ist der Joystick relativ zum Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller positionierbar. Hierbei wirkt die Druckfeder nicht unmittelbar auf die Kulisse sondern übt ihre Kraft auf einen Rastring aus, der in einer Nut der Kulisse des Joysticks geführt ist. Bei einer Auslenkung des Joysticks aus der Mittelposition wird der Rastring aus seiner Nut heraus bewegt und mittels der Federkraft, springt der Rastring nach dem Betätigen des Joysticks wieder in die Nut zurück. Das DokumentDE 10160389 offenbart auch ein Dreh und/oder Drucksteller mit Joystickfunktion. - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Fixierung und Positionierung für einen Joystick zu realisieren, die den Joystick zum einen sicher positioniert und darüber hinaus ein definiertes Rasten ermöglicht. Weiterhin soll mittels der federnden Aufnahme die Haptik am Joystick leicht einstellbar sein.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Federelement fest mit dem Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller verbunden ist und dass das Federelement aus mindestens acht zungenartigen Federn gebildet ist, die in einer in das Stellelement eingeformte Nut ein- und ausrastbar sind. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Federelemente ist nun die Möglichkeit geschaffen, eine sehr genaue und sichere Fixierung des Joysticks zu ermöglichen und darüber hinaus über die Position und Anzahl der zungenartigen Federn die Haptik am Joystick definiert einzustellen.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand einer Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel beschrieben.
- Figur 1
- zeigt einen Schnitt durch ein Bedienelement, dass zum Beispiel in einem Kraftfahrzeug einsetzbar ist.
- In der
Figur 1 ist ein Bedienelement 1 in einem Schnittbild dargestellt. Das Bedienelement 1 besteht dabei aus einem Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller 2, dass in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel kreisringförmig ausgebildet ist. In der Mitte des Drehstellers ist eine Öffnung 3 vorgesehen, durch die ein Stellelement 4 in Form eines Joysticks in den Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller 2 hineinreicht. An das Stellelement 4 ist eine Umlenkachse 5 angebaut, die in einer Führungsachse 6 schwenkbar gelagert ist. An die Umlenkachse 5 ist eine Kulisse 8 einstückig angeformt oder angebaut, die sich unterhalb des Dreh- und/oder Druckstellers 2 erstreckt. Oberhalb der Kulisse 8 sind an die Kulisse 8 Schrägen 9 angeformt oder wiederum angebaut, die sich wie die Kulisse 8 umfänglich im Bedienelement 1 erstrecken. In die Schrägen 9 sind Nuten eingeformt, in die wiederum löffelartig endende Zungen 11 eines zylindrischen Federelementes 12 hineinragen. Das zylindrische Federelement 12 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel umfänglich fest mit dem Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller 2 verbunden und im oberen Bereich 13 abgewinkelt ausgeführt, so dass das Federelement 12 formschlüssig am Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller 2 anliegt. - Das zylindrische Federelement 12 ist im oberen Bereich 13 umfänglich geschlossen ausgeführt und besitzt in Richtung der Schrägen 9 zungenartige Verlängerungen 11, die im unteren Bereich 14 löffelartig ausgebildet sind. Zur sicheren Führung des Stellelementes 4 sind bevorzugt acht zungenartige Federelemente 11 am Umfang in regelmäßigen Abständen anzuordnen, damit ein Rasten in beliebige Richtungen ermöglicht ist. Es ist erfindungsgemäß aber ebenso vorstellbar und ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel bis zu sechzehn Zungen 11 am zylindrischen Federelement 12 anzuordnen. Darüber hinaus ist es vorteilhaft dies zu vierundzwanzig Zungen 11 am Umfang anzuordnen. Durch die Abkantungen des Federelementes 12 im oberen Bereich 13 und den sich vertikal in der
Figur 1 nach unten erstreckenden Zungen 11 wird durch das Federelement 12 ein topfförmiges Gebilde mit offenem Boden erzeugt, so dass das zylindrische Federelement 12 auch als Rastfedertopf beschreibbar ist. - Wird nun der Joystick 4 in Richtung des Pfeils P in beliebige Richtungen ausgelenkt, so schwenkt die Umlenkachse 5 im Lagerpunkt 7 und gleichzeitig schwenkt die Kulisse 8 um den gleichen Betrag. Festzuhalten ist hierbei, dass der Joystick 4 zwar in beliebige Richtungen bewegbar ist, eine Auswertung aber lediglich in bis zu acht Richtungen erfolgt. Durch die Kulisse 8 werden gleichzeitig die Schrägen 9 bewegt, so dass der untere Bereich 14 des zylinderförmigen Federelementes 12 aus der Nut 10 der Schräge 9 ausrastet und so für den Bediener des Stellelementes 4 haptisch erkennbar wird. Durch die Vielzahl der zungenartigen Federn 11 werden einzelne löffelartige untere Bereiche 14 aus der Nut 10 ausrasten und einige nur bereichsweise aus der Nut 10 herausrasten. Somit ist gleichzeitig eine Rückstellkraft für das Stellelement 4 gegeben, so dass das Stellelement 4 sich selbsttätig wieder in die Mittelposition zurückstellt.
- Es wird vorsorglich daraufhin gewiesen, dass in der
Figur 1 lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Federelementes 12 dargestellt ist, dass keine beschränkende Wirkung besitzt, es ist somit ebenfalls vorstellbar, den oberen Bereich 13 des zylindrischen Federelementes 12 gerade oder nach außen abgekantet auszuführen. Wesentlich für die Erfindung ist, dass die unteren Bereiche 14 der zungenartigen Federelemente 11 in eine Schrägefläche der Kulisse ein- und ausrastbar gestaltet sind, so dass ein sicheres Führen des Stellelementes 4 und eine definierte Haptik am Stellelement 4 einstellbar ist.
Claims (5)
- Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller mit einem Federelement (11, 12, 13) und einem in beliebige Richtungen (P) bewegbaren, in der Mitte des Dreh- und/oder Druckstellers (2) angeordneten Stellelement (4), insbesondere einem Joystick (4), der im Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller (2) schwenkbar aufgenommen und mittels des zwischen dem Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller (2) und dem Stellelement (4) angeordneten Federelements (11, 12, 13, 14) positionierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (11, 12, 13, 14) fest mit dem Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller (2) verbunden ist und dass das Federelement (11, 12, 13, 14) aus mindestens acht zungenartigen Federn (11) gebildet ist, die in eine in das Stellelement (4) eingeformte Nut (11) ein- und ausrastbar sind.
- Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (11, 12, 13, 14) regelmäßig am Umfang des Dreh- und/oder Druckstellers (2) angeordnet sind.
- Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (11, 12, 13, 14) umfänglich verbunden sind, so dass eine zylinderförmige Feder (11, 12, 13, 14) gebildet ist.
- Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylinderförmige Feder (11, 12, 13, 14) im Bereich einer Anlagefläche am Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller (2) abgewinkelt ausgeführt ist, so dass die Form eines Rastfedertopfes gebildet ist.
- Dreh- und/oder Drucksteller nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an das Stellelement (4) eine sich unterhalb des Dreh- und/oder Druckstellers (2) erstreckende Kulisse (8) angeformt ist, die eine Schräge (9) aufweist und das die Nut (10) in die Schräge (9) der Kulisse (8) eingeformt ist.
