Description
Claims (20)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配設されるロスト・モーション・システムと、
第1の接触表面、第2の接触表面、及び第3の接触表面を有するロッカー・アームであって、前記第1の接触表面は動作的にエンジン・バルブと接触し、前記第2の接触表面は前記ロスト・モーション・システムと動作的に接触するロッカー・アームと、
前記ハウジング内に配設され、動作的に前記第3の接触表面と接触するバルブ着座装置とを備える、バルブ着座制御を有する内燃機関の少なくとも1つのエンジン・バルブを作動させるためのシステム。 - 前記バルブ着座装置が、
前記ハウジング内に形成される穴内に摺動可能に配設され、その中に形成される空洞を有する遊びピストンと、
前記空洞内に摺動可能に配設される着座ピストンとをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記遊びピストンと前記着座ピストンの間に配設されるチェック・ディスクをさらに備え、前記チェック・ディスクがその中に形成されるブリード・オリフィスを有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記着座ピストンから延びるピストン・ヘッドをさらに備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピストン・ヘッドと前記チェック・ディスクの間の距離が前記ブリード・オリフィスを通る油圧流体の流れを調節する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記バルブ着座装置が、
前記ハウジング内で前記遊びピストンの上方に配設されるブッシング部材と、
前記遊びピストンと接触する第1の端部及び前記ロッカー・アームと接触する第2の端部を有する、前記ブッシング部材内に摺動可能に配設されるピンとをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記遊びピストンと前記着座ピストンの間に配設されるチェック・ディスクをさらに備え、前記チェック・ディスクがその中に形成されるブリード・オリフィスを有する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記遊びピストン内に形成される流体開口部と、
前記開口部を実質的に覆うようになされた、前記着座ピストンから延びるピストン・ヘッドとをさらに備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記ロスト・モーション・システムが、
前記ハウジング内に形成される穴内に摺動可能に配設される主ピストンと、
前記主ピストン内に摺動可能に配設される従属ピストンとを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の接触表面が前記第1及び第3の接触表面間にある、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロスト・モーション・システム及び前記バルブ着座装置が、共通の流体供給源から油圧流体を受けるようになされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記バルブ着座装置が、前記エンジン・バルブが閉じているとき独自の位置を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に形成される穴内に摺動可能に配設され、その中に形成される空洞を有する遊びピストンと、
前記空洞内に摺動可能に配設される着座ピストンとを備える、内燃機関のエンジン・バルブの着座速度を制御するためのシステム。 - 前記遊びピストンと前記着座ピストンの間に配設されるチェック・ディスクをさらに備え、前記チェック・ディスクがその中に形成されるブリード・オリフィスを有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記着座ピストンから延びるピストン・ヘッドをさらに備える、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピストン・ヘッドと前記チェック・ディスクの間の距離が前記ブリード・オリフィスを通る油圧流体の流れを調節する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハウジング内で前記遊びピストンの上方に配設されるブッシング部材と、
前記遊びピストンと接触する第1の端部及び前記ロッカー・アームと接触する第2の端部を有する、前記ブッシング部材内に摺動可能に配設されるピンとをさらに備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記遊びピストンと前記着座ピストンの間に配設されるチェック・ディスクをさらに備え、前記チェック・ディスクがその中に形成されるブリード・オリフィスを有する、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記遊びピストン内に形成される流体開口部と、
前記開口部を実質的に覆うようになされた、前記着座ピストンから延びるピストン・ヘッドとをさらに備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。 - 前記バルブ着座装置が、前記エンジン・バルブが閉じているとき独自の位置を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
