Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 多次元データセットを視覚化する方法において、前記データセットにおける構造体のセグメント化を行うステップと、前記データセットの視覚化を行うステップとを有し、前記視覚化の投影方向が、前記構造体に基づき決定される、方法。
- 前記視覚化が、前記投影方向を有する視覚化パラメタに基づき行われ、前記視覚化パラメタは、前記データセットの前記セグメント化と低レベル分析との少なくとも1つに基づき決定され、前記視覚化パラメタが、前記構造体の相対位置、前記構造体に対する方向、前記構造体と注目対象との距離、動き推定及び動き補償からなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造体が、生体検査針及び内視鏡プローブのいずれかであり、前記データセットの第1の投影は、前記構造体の長手軸の方向で行われ、結果として、前記長手軸の方向に垂直な画像表面領域を持つ第1の画像を生じさせ、前記データセットの第2の投影が、前記構造体の長手軸に垂直な方向で行われ、結果として、前記構造体を有する第2の画像を生じさせる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記視覚化パラメタの少なくとも1つが、前記データセットの視覚化の間に表示される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記データセットの視覚化から生じる画像においてレンダリング方法を変更するステップを更に有し、前記レンダリング方法の変更が、前記画像における非一様な品質をもたらす、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レンダリング方法の変更が、前記画像におけるサンプリングレートを変更することを有し、前記レンダリング方法の変更は、前記視覚化パラメタに基づき行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記セグメント化が、Hough変換とアクティブローカライザの決定とのいずれかに基づき行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記データセットが、超音波画像化システム、CT画像化システム及びMR画像化システムのいずれかを用いて得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多次元データセットを視覚化するための画像処理デバイスであって、前記データセットを格納するメモリと、前記データセットをロードする処理、前記データセットにおける構造体のセグメント化を行う処理及び前記データセットの視覚化を行う処理を行う画像プロセッサとを有し、前記視覚化の投影方向が、前記構造体に基づき決定される、画像処理デバイス。
- 前記構造体が生体検査針であり、前記視覚化は視覚化パラメタに基づき行われ、前記視覚化パラメタが、前記データセットの前記セグメント化と低レベル分析との少なくとも1つに基づき決定され、前記視覚化パラメタは、前記構造体の相対位置、前記構造体に対する方向、前記構造体と注目対象との距離、及び動き推定からなるグループから選択され、前記データセットの第1の投影が、前記生体検査針の長手軸の方向で行われ、結果として、前記長手軸の方向に垂直な画像表面領域を持つ第1の画像を生じさせ、前記データセットの第2の投影は、前記生体検査針の長手軸に垂直な方向で行われ、結果として、前記生体検査針を有する第2の画像を生じさせる、請求項9に記載の画像処理デバイス。
- 画像化システムであって、多次元データセットを格納するメモリと、前記データセットの視覚化を行う画像プロセッサとを有し、該画像プロセッサが、前記データセットをロードする処理と、前記データセットにおける構造体のセグメント化を行う処理と、前記データセットの視覚化を行う処理とを行い、前記視覚化の投影方向は、前記構造体に基づき決定される、画像化システム。
- 前記構造体が生体検査針であり、前記視覚化は視覚化パラメタに基づき行われ、前記視覚化パラメタが、前記データセットの前記セグメント化と低レベル分析との少なくとも1つに基づき決定され、前記視覚化パラメタは、前記構造体の相対位置、前記構造体に対する方向、前記構造体と注目対象との距離、及び動き推定からなるグループから選択され、前記データセットの第1の投影が、前記生体検査針の長手軸の方向で行われ、結果として、前記長手軸の方向に垂直な画像表面領域を持つ第1の画像を生じさせ、前記データセットの第2の投影は、前記生体検査針の長手軸に垂直な方向で行われ、結果として、前記生体検査針を有する第2の画像を生じさせる、請求項11に記載の画像化システム。
- 前記画像化システムが、MR画像化システム、CT画像化システム及び超音波画像化システムのいずれかである、請求項11に記載の画像化システム。
- 多次元データセットの視覚化を行うためのコンピュータプログラムであって、該コンピュータプログラムは、画像プロセッサで実行されるとき、該画像プロセッサに、前記データセットをロードする処理と、前記データセットにおける構造体のセグメント化を行う処理と、前記データセットの視覚化を行う処理とを行わせ、前記視覚化の投影方向が前記構造体に基づき決定される、コンピュータプログラム。
