実施例
1.皮膚の油がガラス器に接触するのを防ぐために、グラスを洗う前に手袋をはめる。
2.ガラス器を中性pHの液体食器用洗剤(Ecolab Inc.から名称「エクスプレス(Express)」下で入手できる深鍋・平鍋用洗剤)で十分にこすり洗いして汚れ及び油を除去し、そして風乾する。

- 器物洗い用洗剤組成物が、少なくとも約50グラムのサイズを有するブロックを含む、請求項12に記載の器物洗い用洗剤組成物。
- 器物洗い用洗剤組成物を用いる方法であって、
(a)器物洗い用洗剤組成物を水で少なくとも約20:1の水対器物洗い用洗剤組成物の希釈比率にて希釈し、しかも該器物洗い用洗剤組成物は
(i)洗浄有効量の界面活性剤を含む清浄剤、
(ii)少なくとも約8のpHを有する使用溶液をもたらすのに有効な量のアルカリ源、
(iii)ガラスの腐食及び/又はエッチングを減じるのに十分な量の腐食抑制剤であって、アルミニウムイオンの源及び亜鉛イオンの源を含む腐食抑制剤
を含み、そして
(b)自動食器洗い機において器物を該使用溶液で洗う
ことを含む方法。 - アルミニウムイオンの源の量及び亜鉛イオンの源の量が、約6:1と約1:20の間のアルミニウムイオン対亜鉛イオンの重量比をもたらすのに十分である、請求項25に記載の方法。
- アルミニウムイオンの源の量及び亜鉛イオンの源の量が、約2:1と約1:15の間のアルミニウムイオン対亜鉛イオンの重量比をもたらすのに十分である、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 洗剤組成物が、約0.5wt%と約25wt%の間の腐食抑制剤を含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 清浄剤が、アニオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤及びツビッターイオン性界面活性剤の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- アルカリ源が、金属炭酸塩、アルカリ金属水酸化物及びそれらの混合物の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- アルカリ源が、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸カリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、セスキ炭酸カリウム及びそれらの混合物の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- アルカリ源が、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム及びそれらの混合物の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- アルミニウムイオンの源が、アルミン酸ナトリウム、臭化アルミニウム、塩素酸アルミニウム、塩化アルミニウム、ヨウ化アルミニウム、硝酸アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウム、酢酸アルミニウム、ギ酸アルミニウム、酒石酸アルミニウム、乳酸アルミニウム、オレイン酸アルミニウム、臭素酸アルミニウム、ホウ酸アルミニウム、硫酸カリウムアルミニウム、硫酸亜鉛アルミニウム、リン酸アルミニウム及びそれらの混合物の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 亜鉛イオンの源が、塩化亜鉛、硫酸亜鉛、硝酸亜鉛、ヨウ化亜鉛、チオシアン酸亜鉛、フルオロケイ酸亜鉛、二クロム酸亜鉛、塩素酸亜鉛、亜鉛酸ナトリウム、グルコン酸亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、安息香酸亜鉛、クエン酸亜鉛、乳酸亜鉛、ギ酸亜鉛、臭素酸亜鉛、臭化亜鉛、フッ化亜鉛、フルオケイ酸亜鉛、サリチル酸亜鉛及びそれらの混合物の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 器物洗い用洗剤組成物を製造する方法であって、該方法は
(a)器物洗い用洗剤濃厚物を水で少なくとも約20:1の水対器物洗い用洗剤濃厚物の比率にて希釈する結果としての使用溶液中の腐食抑制剤のレベルであってしかも次式
アルカリ度は、使用溶液のアルカリ度(ppmにて)を指し、
ビルダーは、使用溶液中のビルダーの量(ppmにて)を指し、
硬度は、使用溶液中の硬度の量(グレーン毎ガロンにて)を指し、そして
食物汚れは、使用溶液中の食物汚れの予想量(グラム毎ガロンにて)を指す〕
に相当する腐食抑制剤のレベルをもたらすのに十分な量の腐食抑制剤を器物洗い用洗剤組成物濃厚物に与える
ことを含み、しかも該腐食抑制剤は約6:1と約1:20の間のアルミニウムイオン対亜鉛イオンの重量比を含み、そして該器物洗い用洗剤組成物濃厚物は更に清浄剤及びアルカリ源を含む方法。 - 更に
(a)器物洗い用洗剤濃厚物を固化する
ことを含む、請求項35に記載の方法。 - 器物洗い用洗剤濃厚物が、約0.5wt%と約20wt%の間の清浄剤を含む、請求項35に記載の方法。
