Claims (32)
- a)中央多孔コアチューブと、
b)一端が前記中央多孔コアチューブに取り付けられ、その周りを外側にらせん状に巻かれる少なくとも一対の膜シートと、
c)保護外殻と、
d)前記保護外殻下またはその中に内蔵された無線周波数識別(RFID)タグと、
を含むことを特徴とするスパイラル型膜濾過装置。 - 前記内蔵型RFIDタグはデータを格納したり取り出したりすることができるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記内蔵型RFIDタグは、直接、流体に曝されないようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 複数の内蔵型RFIDタグをさらに具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 一対の膜シート間に固定された透過物スペーサシートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 供給物スペーサシートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 移動防止具をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記供給物スペーサシートが膜シートに取り付けられて、少なくとも一つの透過チャネルを形成するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記保護外殻が繊維強化プラスチックを具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記保護外殻の繊維がガラス繊維を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記保護外殻のプラスチックがエポキシを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の濾過装置。
- a)前記中央多孔コアチューブの周りでその外側に、らせん状に巻かれる前記一対の膜シートを前記コアチューブに取り付けるステップと、
b)前記膜シートを外部ラップで覆うステップと、
c)前記外部ラップにRFIDタグを取り付けるステップと、
d)前記外部ラップおよびRFIDタグを前記保護外殻で覆うステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の逆浸透濾過装置を製造する方法。 - 前記保護外殻がエポキシを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 異なる性能特性を有する、少なくとも一つのRFIDタグをそれぞれ備える複数の濾過装置をロードする方法であって、
a)各濾過装置の前記性能特性を示すデータを前記装置のRFIDタグに入力するステップと、
b)少なくとも一つの最低限の性能標準によって特徴付けられるグループを得るために膜濾過装置をグループ化するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記グループの中の前記フィルタの位置を入力するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 経時的に異なる性能特性を有する、少なくとも一つのRFIDタグをそれぞれ備える複数の濾過装置を監視する方法であって、
a)各濾過装置の前記性能特性を示すデータを前記装置のRFIDタグに入力するステップと、
b)データを後に前記装置のRFIDタグに入力するステップと、
c)前記データを定期的に調べるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 経時的に異なる性能特性を有する、少なくとも一つのRFIDタグをそれぞれ備える複数の濾過装置を取り除き、または交換する方法であって、
a)各濾過装置の前記性能特性を示すデータを前記装置のRFIDタグに入力するステップと、
b)そのRFIDタグ上の前記データが、規定された特徴と一致する場合、前記RFIDタグ付き濾過装置を取り除くかまたは交換するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記入力されたデータが前記フィルタの経時的出力対除去データを含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタの位置を入力するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16または請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記入力されたデータが前記フィルタの性能履歴を含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記入力されたデータが前記フィルタの製造履歴を含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記入力されたデータが前記フィルタの検査データを含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記入力されたデータが、フィルタローディングマップを構築するためにコンピュータによって使用されることを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記入力されたデータが前記フィルタのローディングマップデータを含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記RFIDタグが流体に曝されることから保護されることを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記RFIDタグが前記フィルタ装置に取り付けられる流体不透過性の材料内に包装されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記不透過性包装材がプラスチック容器を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記不透過性包装材がガラス容器を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。
- 情報を前記RFIDタグに定期的に追加するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 情報を前記RFIDタグから定期的に取り出すステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記入力データを使用して、前記RFIDタグ付き濾過装置を交換すべき時期を決定するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記濾過装置の性能を監視するために情報を前記RFIDタグから取り出すステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14、請求項16および請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
