Description
図1に、本発明の第1実施形態に係る分離膜モジュール1を示す。この分離膜モジュール1は、ベッセルと呼ばれる筒状の圧力容器7と、圧力容器7内に当該圧力容器7の軸方向に一列に装填された複数本のスパイラル型膜エレメント2(以下、単に「膜エレメント2」という。)と、隣り合う膜エレメント2同士の間に介在して各膜エレメント2の脇に位置するように圧力容器7内に配設された内部部材5Aとを備えている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る分離膜モジュールを説明する。なお、本実施形態の分離膜モジュールは、第1実施形態の分離膜モジュール1に比べ、内部部材5Aの代わりに図5に示す内部部材5Bが用いられている点だけが異なるので、以下では内部部材5Bについてのみを説明する。なお、図5では、第1実施形態で説明した構成と同一部分には同一符号を付している。
前記実施形態では、内部部材5A,5Bが連結部材として機能していた。しかしながら、内部部材5A,5Bから軸部51を省略し、プレート部53(および橋架部56)からなる内部部材5A,5Bの中心に中心管21と嵌合する貫通孔を設ければ、内部部材5A,5Bを膜エレメント2の端部材3として用いることもできる。

Claims (9)
- 内部で分離膜によって原液が濾過されて透過液が生成される筒状の圧力容器と、
前記原液および前記透過液の少なくとも一方の性状を検知するためのセンサと、
前記センサによる検知信号を発信するためのアンテナと、
前記圧力容器の軸方向において前記分離膜の脇に位置するように前記筒状の圧力容器内に配設された内部部材であって、前記アンテナを内包するアンテナ保持部を有し、前記センサが取り付けられた内部部材と、
前記アンテナ保持部と前記圧力容器の内周面との間の隙間を閉塞する閉塞部材と、
を備える、分離膜モジュール。 - 前記アンテナ保持部は、前記圧力容器の内周面に近接する位置で前記アンテナを内包するものである、請求項1に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記閉塞部材は、ゴム系樹脂で構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記圧力容器内に装填された、前記分離膜および流路材を含む積層体が中心管の回りに巻き回された少なくとも一対のスパイラル型膜エレメントをさらに備え、
前記内部部材は、前記一対の膜エレメント同士を連結する連結部材として機能する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の分離膜モジュール。 - 前記内部部材は、両端部が前記中心管内に嵌め込まれる中空の軸部と、前記軸部の中央部から径方向外側に突出する複数のプレート部と、を有し、
前記アンテナ保持部は、前記複数のプレート部のうちの1つの先端部である、請求項4に記載の分離膜モジュール。 - 前記内部部材は、前記圧力容器の内周面に沿って前記プレート部の先端部同士を橋架する橋架部をさらに有する、請求項5に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記センサは、前記原液の流量を検知する流量センサを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記センサは、前記透過液の流量を検知する流量センサを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記センサは、前記透過液の電気伝導度を検知する電導度センサを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の分離膜モジュール。
