Abstract
【解決手段】スラリーと接触する全ての内部部品が機械的処理によって多くとも70RMS粗さ値のレベルまで平滑化され、次に、化学薬品または電気化学的プロセスによって多くとも40RMS粗さ値の最終レベルまで平滑化する。
Description
下記文献には、酸化クロムとシリカ、アルミナ、ジルコニアまたはトリアの少なくとも一種とを組合せた触媒を使用して炭化水素希釈剤中でオレフィンを重合する方法が記載されている。
従って、オレフィン重合方法、特にエチレンの重合、そして特に高分子量のポリエチレンを重合するプロセスのファウリングを防ぐ新規な方法に対する需要が残っている。
最終レベルの粗さ値は32RMS(0.8ミクロン)であるのが好ましい。
機械研摩は公知の技術であり、粗さのレベルを適切に減少させながら一連の紙やすりを使用して行なうことができる。代表的な
電気化学研摩も公知技術であり、下記文献等に記載されている。
界面活性剤は最大で2重量%、好ましくは0.005〜2重量%の量を加えることができる。腐食防止剤を使用するときは、最大で0.2重量%、好ましくは0.01〜0.2重量%にする。
研摩は20〜60℃の温度、好ましくは室温で行う。処理時間は材料の種類に依存し、最終仕上げ粗さのレベルに依存する。一般には10〜60分である。溶液は循環して分離した金属粒子と不純物を運び去り、それによって金属の除去速度を速くするのが好ましい。
(1)表面の脱脂と活性化(前処理)
(2)研磨溶液を用いた研摩とバリ取り(処理)
(3)不動態化と乾燥(後処理)
各工程の間に水で水洗する。
仕上げられた反応装置の内部表面は1μm以下の粗さレベルを有し、まくれやひび割れはない。
Claims (8)
- スラリーと接触する全ての内部部品が機械的処理によって多くとも70RMS粗さ値のレベルまで平滑化され、次に、化学薬品または電気化学的プロセスによって多くとも40RMS粗さ値の最終レベルまで平滑化されることを特徴とするスラリーループ反応装置のポリオレフィン製造での使用。
- ポリオレフィンがポリエチレンである請求項1に記載の使用。
- 第2の平滑化法が化学研磨である請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 化学研磨をpHが1〜6の水溶液を用いて行う請求項3に記載の使用。
- 水溶液が(a)オルトリン酸および/または濃縮リン酸および/またはその水溶性塩と(b) 2つまたは3つのカルボキシル基を有する一種以上のカルボキシル酸とから成る請求項4に記載の使用。
- 燐酸塩成分の量が最終使用水溶液の重量をベースにして0.2〜12重量%である請求項5に記載の使用。
- カルボキシル酸の量が最終使用水溶液の重量をベースにして0.01〜1重量%である請求項5または請求項6に記載の使用。
- 平滑化(研摩)を室温で行う請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
