Description
Claims (20)
- 検知器蓋および前記検知器蓋に近接する基台を伴う隔膜と、
前記隔膜の中央に配置されたくぼみとを備え、前記くぼみは、前記隔膜と別個の構成部品を備え、かつ前記くぼみは前記検知器の検知要素に接触する、検知器用の隔膜蓋装置。 - 前記検知器が圧力を受けるとき、前記隔膜を貫通する空気の浸透を遮断するための箔をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記隔膜が前記検知器蓋内に配置されるオーバーモールドされた隔膜をさらに備え、前記くぼみが前記オーバーモールドされた隔膜および検知器蓋内の中央に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記くぼみが前記検知要素に接触する円形の部分を備え、かつ前記くぼみが応力集中を減少させるための高度に研磨された表面を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記くぼみがステンレス鋼材から形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記くぼみがセラミック材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検知要素が水晶検知要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検知要素がシリコン検知要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検知要素がセラミック検知要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検知要素が前記くぼみの前記高度に研磨された表面に接触している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 検知器蓋および前記検知器蓋に近接する基台内に配置されるオーバーモールドされた隔膜と、
前記検知器蓋内中央に配置されたくぼみであって、前記くぼみは前記隔膜と別個の構成部品を備え、かつ前記くぼみは前記検知器の水晶検知要素に接触し、かつ応力集中を減少させるために高度に研磨された表面を備えるくぼみと、
前記検知器が圧力を受けるとき、前記隔膜を貫通する空気の浸透を遮断するための箔とを備える、検知器用の検知器隔膜蓋装置。 - 前記くぼみがステンレス鋼材から形成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記くぼみがセラミック材料から形成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 検知器蓋を基台に近接して配置するステップと、
前記検知器蓋内に隔膜を成型するステップと、
前記蓋内中央にくぼみを形成するステップとを含み、前記くぼみは、検知器蓋と別個の構成部品を備え、かつ前記くぼみが前記検知器の検知要素に接触する、検知器用の隔膜蓋装置を成型する方法。 - 前記検知器が圧力を受けるとき、前記隔膜を貫通する空気の浸透を遮断するため前記隔膜の中に箔を形成するステップをさらに含み、前記箔が前記隔膜が成型されるときに形成される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記隔膜を、前記検知器蓋内に成型されたオーバーモールドされた隔膜を備えるように成型するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 応力集中を減少させるために高度に研磨された表面を有するくぼみを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記くぼみをステンレス鋼材から形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記くぼみをセラミック材料から形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記検知要素を水晶検知要素として形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
