Description
図1は接合される二つの構成部材の断面図を示しており、両構成部材は垂直方向に延在するフランジ10,11において接合される、ガスタービンローターのローターディスクとしてデザインされている。
Claims (5)
- 動的負荷がかかる複数の構成部材、特にガスタービンの複数の構成部材を接合する方法であって、
接合される少なくとも二つの構成部材(10,11;14,15)を、レーザーパウダービルドアップ溶接を用いて接合することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記接合される構成部材(10,11;14,15)は、互いに相対して配列され、この配列された位置において、付加溶接部(12;16)によって接合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記付加溶接部(12;16)は、レーザー溶接または電子ビーム溶接によって形成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記付加溶接部の形成に続き、前記接合される構成部材(10,11;14,15)における本接合部をレーザーパウダービルドアップ溶接によって形成することを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の方法。
- コンプレッサーローターまたはタービンローターの少なくとも二つのローターディスクを、垂直方向に延在するフランジにおいて接合することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の少なくともいずれか1項に記載の方法。
