Description
本発明は更に哺乳類の未分化細胞の骨芽細胞への分化を誘導する化合物を同定する方法に関連している。以下の(a)〜(d)で構成される。
(a)表4にリストアップされ、表4にリストアップされた遺伝子の幾つかによってコードされたポリペプチド、及び/又は前記ポリペプチドの断片及び/又は誘導体を1又はそれ以上の化合物と接触させる工程;
(b)ポリペプチドに対する化合物の結合親和性を決定する工程;
(c)哺乳類の未分化細胞を少なくとも10μモル濃度の結合親和性を示す化合物と接触させる工程;
(d)哺乳類の未分化細胞の分化を誘導する化合物を同定する工程。
(a)表4にリストアップされ、表4にリストアップされた遺伝子の幾つかによってコードされたポリペプチド、及び/又は前記ポリペプチドの断片及び/又は誘導体を1又はそれ以上の化合物と接触させる工程;
(b)ポリペプチドに対する化合物の結合親和性を決定する工程;
(c)哺乳類の未分化細胞を少なくとも10μモル濃度の結合親和性を示す化合物と接触させる工程;
(d)哺乳類の未分化細胞の分化を誘導する化合物を同定する工程。
Claims (2)
- (a)1以上の化合物と、Gタンパク質結合レセプター23遺伝子によってコードされたポリペプチド又は前記ポリペプチドの断片若しくは誘導体とを接触させる工程と、
(b)前記ポリペプチドに対する前記化合物の結合親和性を決定する工程と、
(c)少なくとも10μモル濃度の結合親和性を示す前記化合物と、間葉系前駆細胞の個体群とを接触させる工程と、
(d)前記間葉系前駆細胞の骨芽細胞への分化を誘導する化合物を同定する工程と、
で成ることを特徴とする間葉系前駆細胞の骨芽細胞への分化を誘導する化合物の同定方法。 - 前記化合物は低分子化合物、ペプチド、脂質、天然物及び生理活性物質のグループから選択される請求項1に記載の間葉系前駆細胞の骨芽細胞への分化を誘導する化合物の同定方法。
