Description
Claims (15)
- 混合材料を連続的にろ過する装置、特にプラスチック溶解物から不純物を分離する装置であって、ハウジング(1)内部に配置される中空の円筒形フィルタ要素(2)と、前記フィルタ要素(2)の外側と前記ハウジング(1)の内壁とで規定される環状スペース(22)と、少なくとも1つのストリッパ(23)とを含み、前記ストリッパ(23)は、接触装置によって前記フィルタ本体(2)に対して押圧され、前記フィルタ要素(2)と前記ストリッパ(23)との相対移動により、前記フィルタ要素(2)上に残った不純物を除去できる装置において、
前記接触装置は、前記フィルタ本体(2)の上流で混合材料の圧力を検知する圧力センサ(42,53)と、前記圧力センサ(42)に接続されて、前記ストリッパ(23)の接触圧を前記圧力センサ(42)が検知する圧力の関数として設定するアクチュエータ(23)とを含む装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記圧力センサは油圧トランスデューサシリンダ(42)である装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記油圧トランスデューサシリンダ(42)は、ピストンハウジング(44)内部で変位可能な圧力ピストン(45)と、投入口チャネル(20)中へ突き出す圧力ボルト(46)とを含む装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記アクチュエータ(43)は油圧調整シリンダ(32,33,48)である装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記油圧調整シリンダ(32,33,48)は、シリンダハウジング(32)内部で変位可能な圧力ピストン(33)と、前記ストリッパ(23)に接続されたピストンロッド(48)とを含む装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記圧力センサ(42)と前記アクチュエータ(43)とは、油圧線(50)を介して互いに接続される装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記圧力センサは電気圧力トランスデューサ(53)である装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置において、前記電気圧力トランスデューサ(53)は、制御エレクトロニクス(54)および圧力制御バルブ(55)を介して前記アクチュエータ(43)に接続される装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記フィルタ要素(2)は、中心軸(3)を中心にモータ駆動できるように前記ハウジング(1)内部に配置される装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ストリッパ(23)は、前記フィルタ要素(2)に対して斜行配置される装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ストリッパ(23)は、前記フィルタ要素(2)の中心面(40)に対してある接触角度(α)で配置される装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置において、前記ストリッパ(23,28,30)の前記接触角度(α)は可変である装置。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ハウジング(1)中で前記ストリッパ(23)のすぐ近傍には、前記フィルタ要素(2)から前記ストリッパ(23,28,30)によって半径方向に除去される不純物を運び去るためのらせん状コンベヤ(24)が設けられる装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、前記モータ駆動される回転フィルタ(2)と前記らせん状コンベヤ(24)とは別個に駆動できる装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置において、前記フィルタ要素(2)のrpm(revolution per minute:毎分回転数)と、前記らせん状コンベヤ(24)のrpmとは、別個に制御可能である装置。
