Claims (31)

ベース部材、回転可能部材及びエラストマー弁部材の各々が近位端及び遠位端を備え、弁部材の遠位端はベース部材に固着され、エラストマー弁部材の近位端は回転可能部材に固着され、
エラストマー弁部材の端部の少なくとも一方は、ベース部材又は回転可能部材のそれぞれの弁受け面に固着されるフランジを備え、ベース部材の近位端と回転可能部材の遠位端とは、ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転を許すように係合し、ベース部材と回転可能部材とは、介入器具の通行のための細長い貫通路を形成するように整列し、
エラストマー弁部材は、前記貫通路に沿って配置され且つ介入器具の通行のための長手方向貫通開口を備え、
ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転時、前記長手方向開口は、介入器具の周囲にシールを形成するように選択的に収縮可能である、弁組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1つのエラストマー弁部材のフランジは、前記弁受け面に対する前記フランジの圧縮によって、ベース部材又は回転可能部材内で固着される、請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- ベース部材及び回転可能部材の各々が弁受け面を有し、エラストマー弁部材の近位端及び遠位端の各々がフランジを有し、フランジの各々は、弁受け面に対するフランジの圧縮によって、ベース部材及び回転可能部材のそれぞれに固着される、請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- ベース部材及び回転可能部材の各々が1つ以上のラチェット部材を有し、ベース部材のラチェット部材は、回転可能部材の回転を引起すベース部材に対する回転可能部材の巻き戻りを阻止するように、回転可能部材のラチェット部材と係合可能である請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- ベース部材及び回転可能部材の各々がストップ部材を有し、各ストップ部材が、ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転を制限するために他のストップ部材と相補的である請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- エラストマー弁部材は、ほぼ円筒形の形態、アコーディオン状の形態又は砂時計型の形態を有する請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- エラストマー弁部材の少なくとも内面は、潤滑性コーティングを含む請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- エラストマー弁部材は、更に、この弁部材の中心に向かって半径方向に突出するリブ要素を有する請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- 前記リブ要素は少なくとも3つのリブセグメントを有する請求項8記載の弁組立体。
- 前記リブ要素は、シースの内周面の回りに実質的に延びる請求項8記載の弁組立体。
- 更に、拡張器と、この拡張器を弁組立体に係止させるための機構と、を有する請求項1記載の弁組立体。
- 前記拡張器は、周囲と、この周囲の少なくとも一部に沿って延びているリブと、を有し、前記機構は、弁組立体の近位端に設けられた溝を有し、この溝は前記リブを受入れる寸法を有する請求項11記載の弁組立体。
- 前記機構は、弁組立体の近位端に設けられたねじ付カラーを有し、このカラーは、拡張器に設けられた相補ねじに螺合する寸法を有する請求項11記載の弁組立体。
- 更に、前記ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転を引起す回転可能部材の巻き戻りを阻止するための巻き戻り手段を有する請求項1記載の弁組立体。

カニューレ本体と、
ベース部材と、
回転可能部材と、
弁シースとを有し、
カニューレ本体、ベース部材、回転可能部材及び弁シースの各々が、近位端及び遠位端を備え、カニューレ本体の近位端がベース部材の遠位端と係合し、ベース部材の近位端が、ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転を許すように回転可能部材の遠位端と係合し、カニューレ本体、ベース部材及び回転可能部材は、介入器具の通行のための細長い貫通路を形成するように弁組立体内で整列し、
弁シースは、前記貫通路に沿って配置され且つ介入器具の通行のための長手方向貫通開口を備え、弁シースの遠位端はベース部材に固着され、弁シースの近位端は回転可能部材に固着され、
弁シースの少なくとも一部分は、介入器具が前記貫通路内に配置された状態で、回転可能部材をベース部材に対して回転させるときに、長手方向開口が収縮して介入器具の周囲にシールを形成するように操作可能であり、
更に、カニューレ本体とベース部材との間の前記貫通路内に配置された少なくとも1つの弁ディスクを有し、この弁ディスクは、軸線方向端両端部と、介入器具の通行のために前記両端部の間をほぼ軸線方向に延びる開口と、を有し、軸線方向に延びる開口は、介入器具が前記貫通路内に配置されるとき、シールを形成するように介入器具に一致可能である弁組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの弁ディスクは、軸線方向端部の各々にスリットを有し、各スリットは、弁ディスクを貫通することなく、反対側の軸線方向端部に向かってディスクの中に軸線方向に延びる請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弁ディスクが少なくとも3つの弁ディスクからなり、各弁ディスクがその軸線方向端部にスリットを備え、スリットは少なくとも部分的に弁ディスクの中を軸線方向に延びる請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 弁シースの端部の少なくとも一方は、弁部材をベース部材又は回転可能部材に固着するためにベース部材及び回転可能部材の一方に受入れ可能なフランジを有する請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 弁シースの端部の各々はフランジを有し、フランジの一方は、ベース部材内に受入れ可能であり、フランジの他方は、回転可能部材内に受入れ可能である請求項18記載の弁組立体。
- ベース部材及び回転可能部材の各々が1つ又は2つ以上のラチェット部材を有し、ベース部材のラチェット部材は、ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転を引起す回転可能部材の巻き戻りを阻止するように、回転可能部材のラチェット部材と係合可能である請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- ベース部材及び回転可能部材の各々がストップ部材を有し、ストップ部材の各々は、ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転を制限するために、他のストップ部材に相補する請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 弁シースは、ほぼ円筒形の形態、アコーディオン状形態又は砂時計型の形態を有する請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 弁シースの少なくとも内面は、潤滑性コーティングを有する請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 前記弁シースは更に、その中心に向かって半径方向に突出するリブ要素を有する請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 前記リブ要素は少なくとも3つのリブセグメントを有する請求項24記載の弁組立体。
- 前記リブ要素は、弁シースの内周面の回りに実質的に延びる請求項24記載の弁組立体。
- 更に、前記回転可能部材の近位端に固定された端キャップを有する請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- 前記端キャップは、スナップ留めによって回転可能部材の近位端に固定される請求項27記載の弁組立体。
- 前記カニューレ本体及びベース部材は、それぞれの平坦部分を有し、カニューレ本体の平坦部分は、カニューレ本体とベース部材との間の相対回転を防止するようにベース部材の平坦部分に当接する請求項15記載の弁組立体。
- アイリス弁組立体を通る流体の流れを制御するアイリス弁組立体において、
ベース部材と、
ベース部材に対する回転可能部材の回転を許容するようにベース部材と係合する回転可能部材と、
長手方向貫通開口及びそれぞれの長手方向端部を備えたエラストマー弁部材とを有し、一方の長手方向端部はベース部材に固着され且つ他方の長手方向端部は回転可能部材に固着され、ベース部材、回転可能部材及び弁部材は、アイリス弁組立体を通る細長通路が形成されるように整合され、
ベース部材及び回転可能部材には補完ラチェット部材が設けられ、この補完ラチェット部材は、回転可能部材の回転後のベース部材に対する回転可能部材の巻き戻りが防止されるように整合されることを特徴とするアイリス弁組立体。 - 前記補完ラチェット部材は、ベース部材の外周面に沿って配置された複数のリブ部材と、回転可能部材の内周面に沿って配置された複数のリブ部材とを有し、ベース部材のリブ部材は回転可能部材のリブ部材と係合して前記巻き戻りを防止できることを特徴とする請求項31記載のアイリス弁組立体。
