Claims (8)
- 全体として円筒形のヘッドを有するスターリングエンジンと、
前記ヘッドを囲み、バーナーとヘッドの間に燃焼チャンバーを区画する環状バーナーと、
前記バーナーとヘッドとの間で燃焼ガスをシールする環状シールと、
前記ヘッドと熱伝導接触(thermal contact)し、前記燃焼チャンバーからシールされた熱電対ハウジングであって、前記熱電対ハウジングは前記燃焼チャンバーから延出し、前記熱電対ハウジングと前記燃焼チャンバーとの間のインタフェースはシールされており、前記熱電対ハウジングは前記燃焼チャンバーの外側に開口部を有しており、前記熱電対ハウジング内の熱電対は、前記熱電対ハウジング中を前記ヘッドに隣接する位置から前記開口の外に延出している、熱電対ハウジング、
を備えるスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。 - スターリングエンジンは、前記ヘッドを囲む複数列のフィンを有する、請求項1に記載のスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1列のフィンには、前記熱電対ハウジングが通過できるようにオリフィスが設けられている、請求項2に記載のスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記ヘッドと隣接する少なくとも1つのフィンを通過できるように、前記オリフィスは前記エンジンヘッドに隣接した位置に設けてある、請求項3に記載のスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。
- 環状プレートが前記バーナーの下で前記ヘッドを囲んで、尚且つ前記ヘッドに対してシールされており、前記熱電対ハウジングが前記プレートを通って延び、尚且つ前記プレートにろう付けされることで燃焼ガスをシールする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。
- 前記バーナーと前記プレートとの間に断熱材が設けられており、前記熱電対ハウジングは前記断熱材を通って延びる、請求項5に記載のスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。
- 前記熱電対は熱電対ハウジング内にばねクリップによって保持される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のスターリングエンジン。
- 前記ヘッドと熱伝導接触(thermal contact)し、前記燃焼チャンバーからシールされた第2の熱電対ハウジングをさらに含み、前記第2の熱電対ハウジングは第2の燃焼チャンバーから延び、前記第2の熱電対ハウジングと燃焼チャンバーとの間のインタフェースはシールされており、前記第2の熱電対ハウジングは前記燃焼チャンバーの外に開口部を有しており、第2の熱電対は前記第2の熱電対ハウジング中を前記ヘッドと隣接する位置から前記開口部の外に延びている、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のスターリングエンジン。
