Claims (5)
- 実質的に柔軟な基板、および
少なくとも1つのバリア層であって、各々が特定の成分が加えられたか除去されたガラス層を含むバリア層、
を備えたOLED構造であって、前記バリア層が、有機材料の層または前記OLED構造を汚染物が透過するのを実質的に防ぐものであるOLED構造。 - 前記バリア層がガラス材料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のOLED構造。
- 前記ガラス材料がMgxAlySizOまたはアルミノホウケイ酸ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のOLED構造。
- バリア層を形成する方法であって、基板と活性層との間に多成分ガラス層を提供し、該多成分ガラスから少なくとも1つの成分を選択的に除去するか、または該多成分ガラスに少なくとも1つの成分を選択的に加えて、前記多成分ガラスの組成を前記バリア層に変化させる各工程を有してなる方法。
- 前記活性層がフォトニック構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
