Claims (18)
- 予め定められた圧力の範囲内及び温度範囲内にある炭化水素ガス入口流れからCO2を分離する方法であって:
(a)前記入口流れを分別蒸留にさらして、CO2ボトム生成物流れ及び蒸留オーバーヘッド流れを提供する工程と;
(b)前記蒸留オーバーヘッド流れを、一次還流ドラムの入口を通過させて、一次還流液体流れ及び炭化水素蒸気流れを生成する工程と;
(c)工程(b)からの前記炭化水素蒸気流れを膜分離にさらして、炭化水素生成物流れ及び透過流れを提供する工程と;
(d)工程(c)からの前記透過流れを圧縮して、圧縮済み透過流れを提供する工程と;
(e)工程(d)からの前記圧縮済み透過流れを前記一次還流ドラムの前記入口に再循環し、それによって一次還流液体流れ及び炭化水素ガス生成物蒸気流れを提供する工程と;

(c)前記透過流れを圧縮して、圧縮済み透過流れを提供する工程と;
(d)工程(c)からの前記圧縮済み透過流れを前記蒸留塔に戻して還流する工程と;
を含む方法。 - 工程(d)は、工程(c)からの前記圧縮済み透過流れを、前記蒸留塔と連通した一次還流液体流れ出口を有する一次還流ドラムを通して還流することによって実行される、請求項5に記載の、炭化水素ガス入口流れからCO2を分離する方法。
- 工程(c)及び(d)の間に、二次還流ドラムを通して前記圧縮済み透過流れを通過させる追加の工程を含む、請求項5に記載の、炭化水素ガス入口流れからCO2を分離する方法。

(d)工程(b)からの濃縮炭化水素蒸気流れを膜分離によって分離して、炭化水素ガス生成物流れ及び透過流れにする工程と;
(e)工程(d)からの透過ガス流れを圧縮して、圧縮済み透過流れを生成する工程と;
(f)工程(e)の前記圧縮済み透過流れを凝縮して、前記蒸留塔の上部部分に運ばれる一次還流液体流れを生成する工程と;
(g)工程(a)からの前記ボトム生成物流れをポンプ送圧して、高圧液体CO2生成物を提供する工程と;
(h)工程(a)の前記ボトム生成物流れをリボイラー分離器にさらして、CO2液体生成物及び前記蒸留塔の底面部分に再循環されるリボイラー分離器蒸気流れを生成する工程と;
を含む方法。 - 予め定められた圧力の範囲内及び温度範囲内にある炭化水素ガス入口流れからCO2を分離する系であって:
前記炭化水素ガス入口流れを受け入れ、CO2ボトム生成物流れ及び蒸留オーバーヘッド流れを提供する蒸留塔と;
前記蒸留オーバーヘッド流れを受け入れる入口を有し、一次還流液体流れ及び炭化水素蒸気流れを生成する一次還流ドラムと;
炭化水素ガス生成物流れ及び透過流れを提供するための、前記一次還流ドラムからの前記炭化水素蒸気流れを受け入れる膜ユニットと;
圧縮済み透過流れを提供するための、前記膜ユニットからの前記透過流れを受け入れる圧縮機と;
前記圧縮済み透過流れを前記一次還流ドラムの前記入口に再循環し、それによって液化CO2生成物及び炭化水素ガス生成物を提供する配管と;

前記透過流れを受け入れ、圧縮済み透過流れを提供する圧縮機と;
前記蒸留塔に戻して還流される一次還流液体流れを提供する前記圧縮済み透過流れを受け入れる一次還流ドラムと;
を含む系。 - 前記圧縮済み透過流れを受け入れ、前記蒸留塔に還流される二次還流液体流れを提供する二次還流ドラムを含む、請求項15に記載の、炭化水素流れからCO2を分離する系。
- 前記CO2ボトム生成物流れの少なくとも一部分が通過して、この圧力を低下させ、CO2ガス生成物を提供する一次冷媒減圧装置を含む、請求項15に記載の、炭化水素流れからCO2を分離する系。
- 前記冷媒減圧装置からの前記CO2ガス生成物が通過し、前記炭化水素入口流れが通過し、それによって前記炭化水素入口流れの温度範囲を調節するのに役立つ入口クロス熱交換器を含む、請求項17に記載の、炭化水素流れからCO2を分離する系。
