Claims (10)
- 第1構造を第2構造に取り付ける低衝撃分離ジョイントであって、
少なくとも1つのフランジを有する第1部材と、
前記第1部材の前記少なくとも1つのフランジに対応する少なくとも1つのフランジを有する第2部材であって、前記第1部材は弾性的に柔軟で、前記第1部材の前記少なくとも1つのフランジを前記第2部材の前記少なくとも1つのフランジに合わすことができ、前記第1と第2部材の前記少なくとも1つのフランジは、前記第1の部材が柔軟性を解除した後に、互いに嵌合して、張力と圧縮力のもとでの分離ジョイントの分離を防止する、第2部材と、
分離ジョイント内に設けられた爆発装置であって、爆発した際に前記第1の部材を前記第2の部材から分離させる、爆発装置と、
を含む低衝撃分離ジョイント。 - 前記第1部材は、第1の構造素子と、第2の構造素子と、前記第1と第2の構造素子の主面に近接して結合され、Iビーム形を構成する第3の構造素子と、を含む請求項1に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。
- 前記第1と、第2と、第3の構造素子は、前記第3の構造素子の構造的な取り付け側にUリンクを形成し、第1の構造を受け、前記第1の構造を強固に取り付ける、請求項2に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。
- 前記第1部材は、更に
前記第1の構造素子から前記第3の構造素子のジョイント側に延びて、支持表面で終わる第1の保持部材と、
前記第2の構造素子から前記第3の構造素子のジョイント側に延びて、支持表面で終わる第2の保持部材と、を含み、
前記爆発装置は、前記第1と第2の保持部材の前記支持表面間に保持される、
請求項3に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。 - 前記爆発装置に設けられた押しつぶし可能な物質を更に含み、前記第1と第2の保持部材の支持表面は前記押しつぶし可能な物質と接触し、前記第1と第2の保持部材を介して前記押しつぶし可能な物質に圧力が加えられて、分離ジョイントの通常の動作状態で前記爆発装置の移動を防止する、請求項4に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。
- 前記第2部材は、第1の構造素子と、第2の構造素子と、前記第1と第2の構造素子が互いにほぼ平行になるように前記第1と第2の構造素子の主面に結合された第3の構造素子とを含み、
前記第1の構造素子は前記第3の構造素子のジョイント側に第1のフランジを含み、前記第2の構造素子は前記第3の構造素子のジョイント側に第2のフランジを含み、
前記第1と、第2と、第3の構造素子は、前記第3の構造素子の構造的な取り付け側にUリンクを形成し、第2の構造を受け、前記第2の構造を強固に取り付ける、請求項1に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。 - 第1部材の構造素子を静止状態から広げるステップと、
前記構造素子間に爆発装置を挿入するステップと、
前記第1部材と結合させるため、第2部材を所定の場所に移動させるステップと、
前記第1部材の前記構造素子を解放して前記静止状態に復帰させ、前記第1と第2部材の表面が互いに親密に接触して、圧縮力と張力のもとで分離ジョイントの分離を防止するステップと、
を含む分離ジョイントを組み立てる方法。 - 第1部材を第2部材に結合させ、前記第1と第2部材が互いに親密に接触している表面を有して、圧縮力と張力のもとで分離ジョイントの分離を防止するステップと、
爆発装置を爆発させて、前記第1と第2部材の前記表面を互いに接触しないように移動させて、第1と第2部材をそのまま保つステップと、
前記第1と第2部材を互いに積極的に加速度的に離隔させるステップと、
を含む分離ジョイントの衝撃減少方法。 - 爆発の前に第1の容積の膨張可能なハウジングを有する爆発装置を設けるステップと、
前記爆発装置の前記膨張可能なハウジングを第2の容積に増加させるステップと、
第1容積から第2容積への膨張可能なハウジングの変化を使用して、前記第1部材の構造素子に力を加え、圧縮力と張力のもとで分離ジョイントの分離を防止する第1と第2部材の前記表面を互いに接触しない状態にするステップと、
を更に含む分離ジョイントの衝撃を減少させる方法。 - 前記爆発装置の爆発により、前記第1部材の構造素子を曲げるステップを更に有する請求項9に記載の分離ジョイントの衝撃を減少させる方法。
