Description
図は有限要素計算図である。振動音極10は基体12及びこれから出るヘッド14からなり、一方、ヘッド14は作動面16及び18を有する。振動音極10が励振されないときは、作動面は振動音極10の縦軸と平行である。
Claims (13)
- 圧縮室を画定する作動面(28、30)及び作動面に対して特に垂直な自由面、例えば端面(32)を具備し、作動面が工具の縦軸(40)と平行又はほぼ平行である超音波溶接装置用工具において、工具の縦軸(40)に対して垂直な作動面(28、30)の振れを減少するために、該工具が少なくとも1個の補剛材(34、36,38)を有することを特徴とする工具。
- 振動音極縦軸(40)の方向に走る超音波振動で金属を溶接するための少なくとも1つの作動面(28、30)を有し、振動音極又はその振動音極ヘッド(26)の端面(32)が少なくとも1つの作動面に対して垂直又はおおむね垂直に延びる、超音波振動を伝達する振動音極(22)の形の請求項1に記載の工具において、該振動音極(22)の端面(32)ないし振動音極ヘッド(26)の背面が少なくとも1個の補剛材(34、36、38)を有することを特徴とする工具。
- 補剛材(34、36、38)がリブであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工具。
- 補剛材(36)が振動音極の縦軸断面で三角形の幾何学的形状を有することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 補剛材(36、38)が振動音極(22)の端面(32)又は作動面(28、30)の周縁から振動音極縦軸(40)の方向へと、次第に大きく端面(32)から張り出すことを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 補剛材(36、38)が特に作動面(28、30)に対して垂直に延びることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 補剛材(36、38)が直線状に形成されていることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 補剛材(36、38)が全端面(32)又はほぼ全端面(32)から張り出すことを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 補剛材(36、38)が振動音極の縦軸(40)が通る対称面に対して対称に形成されていることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 補剛材(38)が隆起状に又は直線状隆起部として形成されていることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 超音波の励振時に振動音極の縦軸(40)の方向の振動音極の振れazと、作動面(28、30)に垂直な振れayとが3≦az/ay≦20の比率をなすように、振動音極(22)に補剛が施されていることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 端面(32)の上の補剛材(36、38)の最大伸びdが3mm≦d≦25mm、とりわけ5mm≦d≦15mmであることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
- 端面(32)の上の補剛材の最大伸びdが最大10mmであることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の工具。
