Claims (4)

  1. 少なくとも1つの自己整列特徴を表面の上に有する第1の基材と、
    前記第1の基材に対して配置された第1の導波路と、
    前記第1の導波路に光学的に結合するために前記自己整列特徴によって前記基材上に位置づけられた微小共振器と、を含む微小共振器デバイス。
  2. 前記自己整列特徴が前記第1の基材上のスロットであり、前記微小共振器が前記スロットに沿って所定の位置に位置づけられ、前記第1の導波路が前記スロット内に位置づけられる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
  3. 前記第1の導波路が、光ファイバー、テーパー状光ファイバー、平面導波路およびチャネル導波路の1つである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
  4. 光を発生する光源と、光を前記微小共振器から検出するために光学的に結合された光検出器とをさらに含み、前記光が前記第1の導波路に、および前記第1の導波路から前記微小共振器に結合される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
