Claims (7)
- 入力ポート(P)と出力ポート(T)との間の接続を開制御することができるメインステージのピストン(10)と、
ピストン穴(22)を介して前記入力ポート(P)に接続され、パイロット制御ステージ(4)を介して制御油ドレン(Y)に接続されたばね室(24)と、
を含み、
閉位置では前記ピストン穴(22)を介した前記入力ポート(P)から前記ばね室(24)への制御油の流れを減少させ、逆方向の制御油の流れの場合には、キャビテーション防止機能において流れの比較的大きな断面を開制御する絞り弁手段(25)を含むことを特徴とするパイロット制御圧力供給弁。 - 請求項1において、
前記絞り弁手段は、前記ピストン穴(22)よりも小さな直径を有するノズル穴(48)が内部を貫通し、ノズル板台座(44)に端面を接触させることができるノズル板(46)を有する絞り逆止め弁(25)であって、
前記ノズル穴(48)は、前記ノズル板(46)が前記ノズル板の周囲の流れによって前記ノズル板台座(44)から離れた状態では前記ノズル穴(48)が作用しない圧力供給弁。 - 請求項2において、
前記ノズル穴(48)の直径は、前記ピストン穴(22)の直径の半分以下である圧力供給弁。 - 請求項2、3のいずれかにおいて、
前記ノズル板(46)は、バイパス流れの断面の範囲を定める周囲平坦部(64)を有する圧力供給弁。 - 請求項4において、
前記ノズル板(46)は、ほぼ三角形の基体を有し、
前記ノズル板(46)の角領域(50、52、54)には、前記ピストン穴(22、40)の環状端面(62)に接触させることができる支持脚部(56、58、60)が形成され、
前記ノズル板(46)の湾曲した外周面は、前記ピストン穴(22)の拡張部(40)の内周壁に接触している圧力供給弁。 - 請求項2〜5のいずれか1項において、
前記絞り逆止め弁(25)は、前記ノズル板弁座(44)を形成する弁座スリーブ(42)が挿入された前記ピストン穴(22)の弁室(40)に挿入されている圧力供給弁。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
定容量または可変容量のモーターあるいはポンプを有する流体圧閉回路または流体圧開回路で使用することができる圧力供給弁。
