Abstract
【解決手段】 冷凍剤によって貫流される循環(2)を有し、その循環内に、冷凍剤圧縮器(3)と第1の熱交換器(4)、内側の熱交換器(5)、膨張機構(7)および第2の熱交換器(8)が配置されている。AC駆動においては第1の熱交換器(4)がガスクーラーとして、第2の熱交換器(8)が蒸発器として用いられる。ヒートポンプ駆動のために、冷凍剤の流れ方向を反転させる装置が設けられており、流れ方向が反転された場合に内側の熱交換器(5)を機能しないようにする手段が設けられている。

Claims (11)
- 冷凍剤によって貫流される循環(2)を有し、前記循環内に冷凍剤圧縮器(3)と第1の熱交換器(4)、内側の熱交換器(5)、膨張機構(7)および第2の熱交換器(8)が配置されており、AC駆動においては第1の熱交換器(4)がガスクーラーとして、第2の熱交換器(8)が蒸発器として用いられる、空調設備、特に自動車空調設備(1)において、
ヒートポンプ駆動のために、冷凍剤の流れ方向を反転させる装置が設けられており、かつ、流れ方向が反転された場合に内側の熱交換器(5)を機能しないようにする手段が設けられていることを特徴とする空調設備。 - 流れ方向が反転された場合に内側の熱交換器(5)を機能しないようにする手段が、2つの逆止め弁(9)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調設備。
- 冷凍剤の流れ方向を反転させる装置が、冷凍剤圧縮器(3)に、あるいはその中に設けられた吸込み圧接続端と高圧接続端の交差接続を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空調設備。
- 逆止め弁(9)が、内側の熱交換器(5)に、あるいはその中に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空調設備。
- 冷凍剤圧縮器(3)が、2つの方向に駆動可能であり、あるいは、それに応じて作用する、導管と弁の構成を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の空調設備。
- 循環(2)内に、逆平行のバイパスを有する膨張機構(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空調設備。
- AC駆動において蒸発器として用いられる熱交換器(8)が、ヒートポンプ駆動においてはヒーターとして機能することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の空調設備。
- 冷凍剤として、CO2が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の空調設備。
- コンプレッサ制御弁と、冷凍剤流れ方向を切り替える装置が、電気的に制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の空調設備。
- 冷凍剤圧縮器(3)のストローク体積が調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の空調設備。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の空調設備(1)を駆動する方法であって、その場合にヒートポンプ駆動においては循環(2)が、冷凍剤のノーマルな流れ方向と逆に貫流されて、内側の熱交換器(5)が迂回される、空調設備を駆動する方法。
