Abstract
Description
次の耐候性フィルムを使用して多層シート材料を形成した:本願特許出願人によって販売される、0.2重量%のチヌビン(登録商標)328(上記の)および0.5重量%のキマソーブ(登録商標)119を含有し、約0.008mm厚さであるアクリル接着剤で一面がコートされた公称1ミル(0.0254mm)厚さの溶液キャストPVFフィルムであるテドラー(登録商標)PVFフィルムCUA10AH836。アクリル接着剤は本願特許出願人によって販売される商品コード番号68080である。PVFフィルムを3ミル(0.076mm)厚さの二軸延伸PETフィルム(ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)上へキャストする。
Claims (8)
- a.ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)およびポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)の群からの耐候性フィルムを含み、そして一面上に接着コーティングを有する第1ポリマー層と、
b.(1)酸部分の少なくとも35%が金属イオンで中和された、エチレンと、共重合体の重量を基準にして8〜25重量%のC3〜C8α,βエチレン性不飽和モノカルボン酸との共重合体のアイオノマー樹脂または(2)メタロセン触媒による超低密度ポリエチレン(m−VLDPE)の群から選択される第1ポリマー・クリア層の接着コーティング上へ押し出されたポリマー層であって、前記第2層が顔料、染料、フレークおよびそれらの任意の混合物を含有するポリマー層と、
c.任意選択的に、前記第2層と直接接触し、かつ前記第2層に接着した第3ポリマー層と
を含むまたはそれらから製造されることを特徴とする熱成形可能な多層シート。 - 前記第1ポリマー層がキャストPVFフィルム、キャストPVDFフィルム、またはキャストPVDF/ポリメタクリル酸メチルフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート。
- 前記第1ポリマー層と第2ポリマー層との間に配置され、UV吸収剤、UV安定剤およびそれらの混合物を含有する薄いアクリル接着層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシート。
- 前記第2ポリマー層が前記第2ポリマー層のポリマーの重量を基準にして0.5〜10重量%の顔料、染料、フレーク、およびそれらの任意の混合物を含み、かつ、任意選択的にメタロセン触媒による超低密度ポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシート。
- 前記第2ポリマー層がエチレンと、共重合体の重量を基準にして12〜18重量%のメタクリル酸または共重合体の重量を基準にして10〜15重量%のアクリル酸とのアイオノマー樹脂より本質的になり、および亜鉛、リチウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウムおよびそれらの任意の混合物よりなる群から選択される金属イオンで35〜75%中和され、そして0.4〜4.0のメルトインデックスを有し、および顔料、染料、フレークおよびそれらの任意の混合物を含有し、および好ましくは亜鉛で中和されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシート。
- 前記第2ポリマー層への押出または積層によって適用された第3層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシート。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシートを含む製品であって、自動車部品、自動車パネル、トラック部品、またはトラックパネルであることを特徴とする製品。
- 二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムの支持フィルムと接触しているPVFまたはPVDFのフィルムの接着剤被覆表面上へ、着色ポリマーを押し出して、着色層を含む構造体を作り出し、前記構造体を圧力下に2つのロールのニップ中へ通し、そして引き続いて前記着色層上へ第3ポリマー層を押し出すまたは積層することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシートを製造するための方法。
