Claims (19)
- 好ましくはガスタービンの、特に航空機用エンジンの構造部品の溶接、特に修理溶接のための方法であって、
構造部品(10)は少なくとも一つのレーザー光源(12)を使用してレーザー溶接され、
前記又は各レーザー光源(12)はパルスモードで動作される方法。 - レーザー溶接プロセス中に、構造部品(10)は、前記又は各レーザー光源(12)のレーザービーム(17)のパルスに応じて溶接され、パルス幅及び/又はパルス波形及び/又はレーザーパワーは可変設定可能である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 構造部品(10)のレーザー溶接は、構造部品の予加熱されない状態で実行される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 構造部品(10)のレーザー溶接は、不活性ガス雰囲気下で実行される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の方法。
- 溶接ワイヤー(17)は前記又は各レーザー光源(12)のレーザービーム(17)の領域へ自動的に前進させられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の方法。
- 溶接ワイヤー(17)のワイヤー供給速度は、前記又は各レーザー光源(12)からのパルスの関数として制御される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 溶接ワイヤー(17)のワイヤー供給速度は、前記又は各レーザー光源(12)のパルス幅及び/又はパルス波形及び/又はパワー出力の関数として決定される、請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 溶接ワイヤー(17)は、前記又は各レーザー光源(12)からの各パルスに応じて前進させられ、前記供給速度は前記又は各レーザー光源(12)のパワー出力の関数である、請求項5、6または7記載の方法。
- 一方向凝固した又は単結晶の材料で作られた構造部品を溶接するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の方法の使用方法。
- ニッケルベース合金又はコバルトベース合金で作られた構造部品、特に、MCrAlY材料で作られた構造部品を溶接するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の方法の使用方法。
- 少なくとも一つのレーザー光源(12)を備えた、好ましくはガスタービンの、特に航空機用エンジンの構造部品の溶接、特に修理溶接のための装置であって、
その装置は、特に可般型レーザー装置として設計され、前記又は各レーザー光源(12)をパルス駆動するための制御装置を特徴とする装置。 - 制御装置によって、パルス幅及び/又はパルス波形及び/又はレーザーパワーが可変設定可能である、請求項11記載の装置。
- 制御装置によって制御可能なワイヤー供給器(19)を備え、ワイヤー供給器(19)は溶接ワイヤー(10)を前記又は各レーザー光源(12)のレーザービーム(17)の領域内に自動的に前進させることを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載の装置。
- 制御装置は、溶接ワイヤー(20)のワイヤー供給率が前記又は各レーザー光源(12)のパルス幅及び/又はパルス波形及び/又はレーザーパワー出力に依存するように、ワイヤー供給器(19)を制御する、請求項13記載の装置。
- 溶接される構造部品(10)の保持容器(11)を備え、保持容器(11)内における不活性ガス雰囲気下でレーザー溶接が実行可能である、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の装置。
- 前記又は各レーザー光源(12)が固体レーザー、特にNd‐YAG固体レーザーとして構成されている、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の装置。
- 固体レーザーが光学的に励起されるように、好ましくはダイオード励起又はランプ励起固体レーザーとして構成されている、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 一方向凝固した又は単結晶で作られた構造部品を溶接するための、請求項11〜17のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の装置の使用方法。
- ニッケルベース合金又はコバルトベース合金で作られた構造部品、特に、MCrAlY材料で作られた構造部品を溶接するための、請求項11〜17のいずれか1項またはそれより多くの項に記載の装置の使用方法。
