Abstract
【解決手段】幾何学的形状が定められた刃縁(15)を備え、少なくとも予備加工に使われる1つの刃(13)と、幾何学的形状が定められた刃縁(23)を備え、仕上げ加工に使われる少なくとも1つの刃(21)とを有する、ワークピースを精密機械加工するための工具を提案する。この工具の特徴は、予備加工に使われる刃(13)が、それぞれ予備加工段(3)の一部であり、仕上げ加工に使われる刃(23)が仕上げ加工段(5)の一部であることと、予備加工段(3)と仕上げ加工段(5)の間に配置された連結面(9)が、予備加工段(3)と仕上げ加工段(5)に接して配置された第1平面(27)と第2平面(29)を備え、かつ予備加工段(3)と仕上げ加工段(5)の同軸性を保証する装置(11)を有することにある。

Description
またこの課題を解決するために、請求項4の特徴を有する方法を提案する。この方法は、予備加工と仕上げ加工が、連結面で切り離される少なくとも2つの刃によって行われ、これらの刃が加工工程中に連続してワークピースの加工面とかみ合うことを特徴とする。つまり、ただ1つの工具によって、ワークピースの同一表面を予備加工過程と仕上げ加工過程に供することが可能である。
本発明を図をもとに以下に詳しく説明する。
工具1は、工作機械と直接またはたとえば円錐形のシャフト7のような仲介物(アダプタまたは同様のもの)を介して適切な方法で結合されるようになっている。シャフト7は、工具収容部と係合し、適切な方法で工具収容部に固定される。
Claims (5)
- 幾何学的形状が定められた刃縁(15)を備え、予備加工に使われる少なくとも1つの刃(13)と、幾何学的形状が定められた刃縁(23)を備え、仕上げ加工に使われる少なくとも1つの刃(21)とを具備し、ワークピースを精密機械加工するための工具において、予備加工に使われる刃(13)は、予備加工段(3)の一部であり、前記仕上げ加工に使われる刃(23)は、仕上げ加工段(5)の一部であることと、予備加工段(3)と仕上げ加工段(5)との間に配置された連結面(9)が、予備加工段(3)と仕上げ加工段(5)とにそれぞれ配置された第1平面(27)と第2平面(29)とを備えることと、前記予備加工段(3)と仕上げ加工段(5)との同軸性を保証する両段(3、5)の同軸調整用の装置(11)を有することとを特徴とする、ワークピースを精密機械加工するための工具。
- 前記装置(11)は、円錐形の空隙(45)と、この空隙に係合する円錐形のシャフトとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記円錐形のシャフトは、中実の円錐(31)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の工具。
- 幾何学的形状が定められた刃縁を備え、予備加工に使われる少なくとも1つの刃と、幾何学的形状が定められた刃縁を備え、仕上げ加工に使われる少なくとも1つの刃とによる、それも特に請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の工具による、ワークピースの内部孔を精密機械加工する方法であって、予備加工と仕上げ加工とが、連結面で切り離される少なくとも2つの刃によって行われ、これらの刃が1つの加工工程中に連続してワークピースの加工面とかみ合うことを特徴とする、ワークピースの内部孔を精密機械加工するための方法。
- 仕上げ加工において1/100mmのオーダの削り深さが選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
