Abstract
【解決手段】体腔内介入法、再構築、又は治療の分野にて適用するために、モジュラー式医療装置及び装置のセグメントを製造する製造方法が提供される。この方法は、金属射出成形する工程及びモジュラー化の工程を含み、装置の製造可能性を向上させ且つ(又は)装置に対する設計上の選択範囲を拡大する。本発明の方法により製造されるモジュラー式医療装置及びそれらのセグメントは、体腔内治療の汎用性を向上させる。
Description
定義
「生物適合可能(biocompatible)」又は「生物適合可能性(biocompatibility)」という語は、接触し又は植え込んだとき、材料が細胞及び組織に与える効果を意味する。生物適合可能な材料は、接触し又は植え込んだとき、細胞及び組織に対し有害な効果を全く与えず又は最小程度与える材料である。
図13に示したロッド形状と異なるものとすることができる。モジュラー式ステントは、上述したように成形したステントの任意の組み合わせにより試行錯誤によって形成する。次に、マンドレル200を除去する。支持構造体は、例えば、レーザトリミング工程により除去し、図11に示したモジュラー式ステントと同様の組立体構造体を形成することもできる。本発明の説明は、一例として説明することを目的とする。その他の実施の形態、形態変更及び等価物がその精神から逸脱せずに当該技術の当業者に明らかであろう。
Claims (20)
- 組立体の部材を有するステントであって、前記組立体が複数の金属ストラッツ及び以下のものから選ばれる少なくとも1つの部材を含むステント:
(a)明確な放射線像を表し、前記ストラッツと一体的に連結される少なくとも1つのナビゲーションパッド、
(b)前記ストラッツと一体的に連結される少なくとも1つの薬貯蔵リザーバ、
(c)前記ストラッツと一体的に連結される少なくとも1つの相互係止パッド、
(d)生物学的膜を前記ステントに取り付ける少なくとも1つの結合パッドであって、前記ストラッツに一体的に連結される結合パッド、及び
(e)多孔質面を有する前記金属ストラッツ。 - 前記組立体が、金属、金属合金、チタンの金属複合体、鉄、ニッケル、クロム、コバルト、モリブデン、アルミニウム、バナジウム、白金、イリジウム、金、銀、パラジウム、タンタル、ニオビウム、ジルコニウム、銅、コロンビウム、マンガン、カドミウム、亜鉛、タングステン、ホウ素から選ばれる材料で作られる、請求項1のステント。

(b)前記混合体を成形してストラッツ部材と、支持部材とを備える複合的構造体を形成する工程と、
(c)前記成形した複合的構造体を焼結する工程とを含む、金属ステントを製造する方法。 - 前記支持部材又は前記支持部材の顕著な量を除去する工程を更に含む、請求項13の方法。

(e)前記複合的構造体の2つ又はより多数をマンドレルにて心合わせする工程と、
(f)前記心合わせした複合的構造体を結合する工程と、
