Abstract
Description
本発明は、熱可塑性ポリオレフィンと、エチレン、α−オレフィン、および場合により1種またはそれ以上の非共役ポリエンをモノマー単位として含む動的加硫エラストマーとを含む、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物に関する。
耐ブロッキング性試験方法
粒状体の温度が50℃となるように、空気温度50℃の熱風循環式オーブン内で粒状体を予熱する(通常は30分間)。
押出成形ストリップの表面粗さを、日本国(Japan)の株式会社ミツトヨ製の型式211サーフテスト表面粗さ試験機を用いて、測定力を4mN(0.4gf)として測定した。カットオフを0.8mmに設定した。
表1に規定した組成を有する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を製造した。
Claims (13)
- 熱可塑性ポリオレフィンと、エチレン、α−オレフィン、および場合により1種またはそれ以上の非共役ポリエンをモノマー単位として含む動的加硫エラストマーと、オイルとを含む熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、オイル/エラストマー比が少なくとも2/1であり、熱可塑性ポリオレフィンの含量が前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の総重量の10重量%未満であり、前記組成物の粒状体が、内径95.3ミリメータ(mm)、長さ356mmの円筒内に326〜338mmの長さまで充填され、その円筒内で圧力465kg/m2、温度50℃で1時間保持された後に、鉛直状態に保持された円筒から120秒以内に流出することが可能である、組成物。
- 前記粒状体が、前記円筒内に24時間保持される、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記粒状体が、前記円筒内に48時間保持される、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記粒状体が、前記円筒内から60秒以内に流出可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記粒状体が、前記円筒内から30秒以内に流出可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記粒状体が、前記円筒内から15秒以内に流出可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリオレフィンがポリプロピレンである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の硬化度が80〜98%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の表面平滑性Raが10ミクロン未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の表面平滑性Raが5ミクロン未満である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマーのショアA硬度が50未満である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記エラストマーが、エラストマー100部を基準として0.5〜5部のフェノール樹脂を用いて動的に硬化される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物およびさらなる熱可塑性ポリマーを含む混合物。
