Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関(エンジン)10の排気管34に設置され、排気中の微粒子物質を捕集するDPF40と、DPFを再生処理する再生処理手段(ECU50)と、燃料タンク12から燃料噴射弁14までの燃料供給路16に配置されると共に、燃料タンク12に貯留された燃料を燃料噴射弁14に供給する第2の燃料ポンプ22とを備えると共に、DPF40が再生処理されるとき、第2の燃料ポンプ22の負荷を増大、より詳しくは第2の燃料ポンプ22の負荷を増大させて内燃機関10の負荷を増大させる。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の排気系に設置され、排気中の微粒子物質を捕集するDPFと、前記DPFを再生処理する再生処理手段と、燃料タンクから燃料噴射弁までの燃料供給系に配置されると共に、前記燃料タンクに貯留された燃料を前記燃料噴射弁に供給する燃料ポンプと、および前記DPFが再生処理されるとき、前記燃料ポンプの負荷を増大させる負荷増大手段とを備えることを特徴とする内燃機関のDPF再生装置。
- 前記負荷増大手段は、前記排気系の温度が所定値以下であるとき、前記燃料ポンプの負荷を増大させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関のDPF再生装置。
- 前記燃料ポンプに供給される燃料の流量を調整する第1の流量調整弁と、前記燃料ポンプの下流に配置される蓄圧室から前記燃料タンクに戻される燃料の流量を調整する第2の流量調整弁とを備えると共に、前記負荷増大手段は、前記第1の流量調整弁を開弁しつつ、前記第2の流量調整弁で流量を調整して前記蓄圧室の燃料圧力を制御することにより、前記燃料ポンプの負荷を増大させることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の内燃機関のDPF再生装置。
