Abstract
【解決手段】鏡板300の各所定部位に基端側縦管520を、そのソケット522の傾斜先端面を成形すべき耐火物層400の表面位置に位置合わせした状態で、該鏡板300にそれぞれ固着し、前記傾斜先端面上に不定形耐火物用型枠116を載置し、鏡板300と前記型枠116との間に不定形耐火物を流し込み、耐火物層400の成形を行い、前記型枠116を取り外した後、各基端側縦管520に吹出し管付き先端側縦管510をそれぞれ着脱可能に固定する。

Claims (2)
- 鏡板と、この鏡板上に設けられ、不燃物抜き出し管入口に向かって下り傾斜状に延びる耐火物層と、前記鏡板及び前記耐火物層を貫通して配設された複数の散気ノズルとにより構成される流動化空気噴出床を備え、この流動化気体噴出床下に設けられた風箱に供給された流動化気体を前記各散気ノズルから炉内に噴出させることによって、前記耐火物層上に流動媒体の流動層を形成させる流動床式焼却炉における流動化空気噴出床の製作方法において、
前記各散気ノズルが、基端に前記風箱に臨む流動化気体入口を有して上下方向に延びる基端側縦管本体の先端部に、前記耐火物層の下り傾斜面に合わせた傾斜を持つ傾斜先端面を有するソケットが固着されてなる基端側縦管と、流動化気体の吹出し口を持つ吹出し管を有し、前記基端側縦管に着脱可能に固定される吹出し管付き先端側縦管とにより構成されており、
前記鏡板の各所定部位に前記基端側縦管を、その前記ソケットの前記傾斜先端面を成形すべき耐火物層の表面位置に位置合わせした状態で、該鏡板にそれぞれ固着する工程と、前記各基端側縦管の前記ソケットの前記傾斜先端面上に該傾斜先端面によって支持される不定形耐火物用型枠を載置する工程と、前記鏡板と前記不定形耐火物用型枠との間に流動性のある不定形耐火物を流し込み、固化させることにより、耐火物層の成形を行う工程と、前記不定形耐火物用型枠を取り外す工程と、前記各基端側縦管に前記吹出し管付き先端側縦管をそれぞれ着脱可能に固定する工程とを含むことを特徴とする流動床式焼却炉における流動化空気噴出床の製作方法。 - 前記吹出し管付き先端側縦管の前記吹出し管が、前記耐火物層の表面より上方に位置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の流動床式焼却炉における流動化空気噴出床の製作方法。
