Abstract
【解決手段】上部に流入口、下部に流出口がそれぞれ形成された板状の中空フィンを放射状に配列した熱伝達体と、前記中空フィンの各上部流入口が等間隔に配列結合された上部チェンバーと、前記中空フィンの各下部流出口が等間隔に配列結合され、外部と連通する流出パイプが形成されたドーナツ型下部チェンバーと、前記上部チェンバーに連通結合される、平行に配置された2つの蒸気流入パイプと、前記下部チェンバーを底部にし、前記熱伝達体及び上部チェンバーを内部に収容し、上側に油類流出口が形成された油類タンクと、前記ドーナツ型下部チェンバーの中心ドーナツホールを貫通して前記油類タンクに連通連結された油類流入口と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- 上部に流入口が、下部に流出口がそれぞれ形成されている板状の中空フィンを放射状に配列した熱伝達体と、
前記中空フィンの各上部流入口が円形で等間隔に配列結合されている上部チェンバーと、
前記中空フィンの各下部流出口が円形で等間隔に配列結合され、外部と連通する流出パイプが形成されているドーナツ型下部チェンバーと、
前記下部チェンバーを貫通して前記上部チェンバーに連通結合される、平行に配置されている2つの蒸気流入パイプと、
前記下部チェンバーを底部にし、前記熱伝達体及び前記上部チェンバーを内部に収容し、上側に油類流出口が形成されている油類タンクと、
前記ドーナツ型下部チェンバーの中心ドーナツホールを貫通して前記油類タンクに連通連結される油類流入口と、を備え、
前記蒸気流入パイプに流入した所望の高温の蒸気が、前記上部チェンバーまで上昇した後、前記熱伝達体の各中空フィンにそれぞれ分配供給され、下降しながら各中空フィンの温度を上昇させ、一方、前記油類流入口に供給された高粘度の流体が、前記油類タンク内における前記各中空フィンの占有空間を除いた空間に流れ込み、上昇しながら前記各中空フィンの熱を吸収して低粘度のものになり、前記油類流出口を介して排出されることを特徴とするカーゴヒーター。 - 前記蒸気流入パイプは、前記下部チェンバーの底面にT字状に接続されていて、蒸気が1つの蒸気流入口から2つの蒸気流入パイプに分配供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーゴヒーター。
- 前記中空フィンは、その表面を波型にして単位長さ当たり表面積を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーゴヒーター。
