Abstract

Claims (18)
- 可撓導管の長さに沿う複数の位置で製造作業を実行して導管アセンブリを作る方法であって:
長さを有する可撓導管であって、縦方向に延伸して囲まれた内側空洞を定める側壁を有する可撓導管を提供し;
前記製造作業を実行する製造ステーションに前記導管を給送して通し;
前記製造ステーションを周期的に作動させて前記導管の長さに沿う複数の位置において前記製造作業を実行し;
前記製造作業が実行されている間に、前記内側空洞内かつ前記製造ステーションに支持装置を位置させて前記側壁を支持して前記導管を保全する;
ことを含んでなる方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、前記製造作業は前記導管にフィッティングを成形することを含む方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記製造作業は前記導管の表面に視覚表示をエンボス加工することを含む方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記製造作業は前記導管の前記側壁に孔を形成することを含む方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記製造作業は前記導管にノズルを組み立てることを含む方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記製造作業は前記導管にフィッティングを成形し、かつ、前記側壁に孔を形成することを含む方法。
- 導管の長さに沿う複数の位置に置かれた製造コンポーネントを有する可撓導管アセンブリを作る装置であって:
前記導管に係合して該導管を所定の走行路に沿って給送する駆動機構と;
前記走行路に設けた製造ステーションであって、前記導管の長さに沿う複数の位置で前記導管に製造コンポーネントを組み立てる製造ステーションと;
前記導管の前記長さに沿う箇所であって前記製造ステーションに一致する箇所において、前記導管の中に配設される支持装置と;
を含んでなる装置。 - 請求項7の装置であって、前記製造ステーションは前記導管にフィッティングを成形するための射出成形機を含む装置。
- 請求項7の装置であって、前記製造ステーションは前記導管の前記側壁に孔を形成する穿孔装置を含む装置。
- 請求項7の装置であって、前記駆動機構は空気圧弁導管駆動装置である装置。
- 請求項7の装置であって、前記支持装置は浮遊マンドレルである装置。
- 請求項7の装置であって、前記製造コンポーネントは成形されたフィッティングである装置。
- 請求項7の装置であって、前記製造コンポーネントは、成形されたフィッティングと孔である装置。
- 請求項7の装置であって、前記導管が前記走行路に沿って動くときに前記支持装置の軸方向の運動を拘束する1つ以上の機械的な拘束子をさらに含む装置。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記導管は、その長さに沿って一連の離間した環状凹みを有する波形導管である方法。
- 複数のバッテリリフィルバルブであってそれぞれがバッテリセルと共に配置されている複数のバッテリリフィルバルブを含む単点バッテリ給液システムに使用する可撓導管アセンブリであって:
前記バッテリに液を補給するのに十分な長さを有する細長い導管ボディーと;
前記バッテリリフィルバルブの間隔に対応して前記導管ボディー上に離間して配設された複数のフィッティングであって、長さを持つ導管を切ることなく、前記導管ボディーに事前に組み立てられた複数のフィッティングと;
を含んでなり、前記複数のバッテリリフィルバルブに前記フィッティングを接続することによって現場において取り付け可能な可撓導管アセンブリ。 - 請求項16の導管アセンブリであって、前記導管ボディーは波形壁導管ボディーを含む導管アセンブリ。
- 長さを有する導管と、該導管の前記長さに沿う複数の位置に配設された複数の離間したフィッティングを含む流体分配システムに使用する可撓導管アセンブリであって、前記フィッティングは前記流体分配システムに取り付けられる前に前記導管に一体的に成形され前記導管に対する流体の流出入を可能にし、それにより、前記フィッティングを配置させる目的のために前記導管を切ることなく、前記流体分配システムに取り付け可能な可撓導管アセンブリ。
