Abstract
【解決手段】本願防水材1は主材であるアスファルト層3の外表面を紫外線、熱、水分、酸素、オゾンなどを反射でき、かつ、アスファルト中の揮発分を封緘できるバリア層4で被覆し、アスファルト層3が紫外線、熱、水分、酸素、オゾンなどの影響により劣化することをなくし、揮発分が飛んでアスファルト層3が脆化することもないようにし、本願防水材1をして、瓦等の屋根上葺材や外壁・外装材の耐用年数に匹敵するような耐用年数或いはそれ以上が確保できるようにした。

Claims (4)
- 主材であるアスファルト層の外表面を、紫外線、熱、水分、酸素、オゾンなどを反射でき、かつアスファルト中の揮発分を封緘できるバリア層で被覆したことを特徴とする防水材。
- 前記アスファルト層が、アスファルトにブチルゴム、SBS等のゴム成分又は樹脂を配合してなる改質アスファルト層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水材。
- 前記バリア層が、金属箔又は該金属箔を蒸着した樹脂フィルム或いはガスバリア性を有するポリエチレン、ナイロン、ビニロン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、EVA等の樹脂皮膜であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防水材。
- 前記バリア層が、表面にアスファルトを介して鉱物粉粒を付着するか、10〜50g/m2 の合成繊維不織布をラミネートしてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちの1に記載の防水材。
