Abstract
【解決手段】硝酸銀に炭酸ナトリウム又は水酸化ナトリウムとホルマリンとを加えて化学還元析出させた銀粒子を水洗いして最終水洗時の電気伝導度を50〜300μS/cmの範囲にすることによりNaイオンを40〜200ppm含有する銀粉末と熱可塑性樹脂と溶剤とを含んでなり、前記銀粉末と熱可塑性樹脂の重量比率が87:13〜95:5の範囲内にある導電塗料であり、また、さらに、銀粉末と熱可塑性樹脂とを合わせた固形分と溶剤の重量比率が95:5〜30:70の範囲内にある導電塗料である。

なお、水洗時の電気伝導度は、ポータブル導電率計(本体:CM-14P:センサー:CVP-1019:東亜電波工業株式会社製)で測定した。
Claims (3)
- Naイオンを40〜200ppm含有する銀粉末と熱可塑性樹脂と溶剤とを含んでなり、前記銀粉末と熱可塑性樹脂の重量比率が87:13〜95:5の範囲内にあることを特徴とする導電塗料。
- 銀粉末と熱可塑性樹脂とを合わせた固形分と溶剤の重量比率が95:5〜30:70の範囲内にある請求項1記載の導電塗料。
- 銀粉末が、硝酸銀に炭酸ナトリウム又は水酸化ナトリウムとホルマリンとを加えて化学還元析出させた銀粒子を水洗いして最終水洗時の電気伝導度を50〜300μS/cmの範囲にすることによってNaイオン含容量を40〜200ppmとしてなる銀粉末である請求項1又は2記載の導電塗料。
