Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、添加されたポリエステル樹脂に相溶せずに分散する分散粒子によって、表面が平滑な軟磁性シートが形成される。表面が平滑であるため、積層して圧縮する際、空気を巻き込む量が少なくなる。これにより、比重を大きくするために大きな圧力で圧縮した場合であっても、空気が吹き出た跡が残らず良好な外観が得られる。そして、高圧縮することで軟磁性粉末を密に充填することができ、良好な磁気特性の軟磁性シートが得られる。

Claims (11)
- 少なくともポリエステル樹脂と、扁平な軟磁性粉末と、前記ポリエステル樹脂に分散するように添加された分散粒子とを含有することを特徴とする軟磁性シート。
- 前記分散粒子が添加される重量は、前記ポリエステル樹脂の重量に対して、7/13以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記分散粒子は、絶縁性であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記分散粒子は、難燃剤であることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記難燃剤は、窒素含有有機難燃剤であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記難燃剤は、メラミン誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項4項記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記難燃剤は、メラミンシアヌレートであることを特徴とする請求項4項記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂は、リン内添ポリエステル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記リン内添ポリエステル樹脂は、分子中にリン酸残基を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂は、架橋剤により架橋されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記架橋剤は、ブロックイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項10記載の軟磁性シート。
