Claims (5)
- 少なくともポリエステル樹脂と、扁平な軟磁性粉末と、前記ポリエステル樹脂に分散するように、前記ポリエステル樹脂の重量に対して、7/13以下の重量で添加された分散粒子とを含有し、面内厚みのばらつきが5%以下である軟磁性シートであって、
前記分散粒子は、前記ポリエステル樹脂に相溶しない難燃剤であるメラミンシアヌレートであり、
前記ポリエステル樹脂は、ガラス転移温度が−20℃〜40℃であるリン内添ポリエステル樹脂であり、反応開始温度が120℃より高い架橋剤であるブロックイソシアネートにより架橋されていることを特徴とする軟磁性シート。 - 少なくともポリエステル樹脂と、扁平な軟磁性粉末と、前記ポリエステル樹脂に分散するように、前記ポリエステル樹脂の重量に対して、7/13以下の重量で添加された、粒径が0.01μm〜15μmである分散粒子とを含有し、面内厚みのばらつきが5%以下である軟磁性シートであって、
前記分散粒子は、前記ポリエステル樹脂に相溶しない難燃剤であるメラミンシアヌレートであり、
前記ポリエステル樹脂は、ガラス転移温度が−20℃〜40℃であるリン内添ポリエステル樹脂であり、反応開始温度が120℃より高い架橋剤であるブロックイソシアネートにより架橋されていることを特徴とする軟磁性シート。 - 前記リン内添ポリエステル樹脂は、分子中にリン酸残基を有し、前記リン内添ポリエステル樹脂に対するリン含有率が0.5重量%〜4.0重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂に対する前記ブロックイソシアネートの配合量は、0.5重量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項記載の軟磁性シート。
- 前記ブロックイソシアネートの反応開始温度は、120℃〜160℃であることを特徴とする請求項4項記載の軟磁性シート。
