Abstract
【解決手段】スクロール流体機械の駆動軸4に、その一端から冷却用気体を偏心軸部41の外周面と偏心軸部41が回転可能に枢嵌される旋回スクロール5の軸孔52の内周面との間の隙間16に導入可能な第1冷却通路42と、隙間16の冷却用気体を駆動軸4の他端から排気可能な第2冷却通路43と、駆動軸4の回転に伴って、冷却用気体を第1冷却通路42から隙間16に吸い込んで第2冷却通路43へ送り出し可能な強制対流発生部44とを設ける。

Description
(1)固定スクロールと、該固定スクロールと噛合し、駆動源に連結された駆動軸と一体をなす偏心軸部に枢支されて前記駆動軸の回転により旋回運動する旋回スクロールとを備えたスクロール流体機械において、前記駆動軸に、その一端から冷却用気体を前記偏心軸部の外周面と前記偏心軸部が回転可能に枢嵌される前記旋回スクロールの軸孔の内周面との間の隙間に導入可能な第1冷却通路と、前記隙間の冷却用気体を前記駆動軸の他端から排気可能な第2冷却通路と、前記駆動軸の回転に伴って、冷却用気体を前記第1冷却通路から前記隙間に吸い込んで前記第2冷却通路へ送り出し可能な強制対流発生部とを設ける。
請求項1記載の発明によると、強制対流発生部により、駆動軸の回転に伴って、強制的に、冷却用気体を第1冷却通路から吸入して第2冷却通路から排気させることができるため、冷却効率の向上を図ることができる。
駆動軸(4)が回転すると、隙間(16)内において、螺旋溝(44)の回転によるスクリューポンプ作用により、強制対流が発生し、冷却用気体を軸方向に沿って後方へ流動させる。

Claims (4)
- 固定スクロールと、該固定スクロールと噛合し、駆動源に連結された駆動軸と一体をなす偏心軸部に枢支されて前記駆動軸の回転により旋回運動する旋回スクロールとを備えたスクロール流体機械において、
前記駆動軸に、その一端から冷却用気体を前記偏心軸部の外周面と前記偏心軸部が回転可能に枢嵌される前記旋回スクロールの軸孔の内周面との間の隙間に導入可能な第1冷却通路と、前記隙間の冷却用気体を前記駆動軸の他端から排気可能な第2冷却通路と、前記駆動軸の回転に伴って、冷却用気体を前記第1冷却通路から前記隙間に吸い込んで前記第2冷却通路へ送り出し可能な強制対流発生部とを設けたことを特徴とするスクロール流体機械。 - 強制対流発生部を、偏心軸部の外周面に設けた螺旋溝とする請求項1記載のスクロール流体機械。
- 旋回スクロールより熱伝導の高い材質で形成される環状部材を、強制対流発生部を包囲するように、前記旋回スクロールにおける軸孔の内周面に固定したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のスクロール流体機械。
- 環状部材を、滑り軸受としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のスクロール流体機械。
