Abstract
【解決手段】スイッチング素子F1〜F6とモータ本体とからなるブリッジ構造のモータが電源部Dに機械的接点を介することなく接続されているとともに、上記スイッチング素子の制御用の制御回路SPUがトリガースイッチSW1入力で電源供給されるものである。上記スイッチング素子の駆動用のドライブ回路3,4の電源供給側に該ドライブ回路への電源供給遮断用であり且つ上記制御回路により制御される回路スイッチQ4を設けている。ドライブ回路の不用意なオン動作を回路スイッチで防ぐ。

Claims (7)
- スイッチング素子とモータ本体とからなるブリッジ構造のモータが電源部に機械的接点を介することなく接続されているとともに、上記スイッチング素子の制御用の制御回路がトリガースイッチ入力で電源供給されるものにおいて、上記スイッチング素子の駆動用のドライブ回路の電源供給側に該ドライブ回路への電源供給遮断用であり且つ上記制御回路により制御される回路スイッチを設けていることを特徴とする電動工具用制御駆動回路。
- 制御回路の電源遮断は上記回路スイッチの遮断後に行われるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動工具用制御駆動回路。
- 制御回路への電源投入後に上記回路スイッチがオンとなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電動工具用制御駆動回路。
- 上記回路スイッチはブリッジ構造における上段又は下段のどちらか一方もしくは両方に設けていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電動工具用制御駆動回路。
- 上記回路スイッチは、モータオフ時のブレーキ動作時間後に遮断されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電動工具用制御駆動回路。
- 上記回路スイッチはダイオードが逆並列に接続されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電動工具用制御駆動回路。
- スイッチング素子とモータ本体とからなるブリッジ構造のモータが電源部に機械的接点を介することなく接続されているとともに、上記スイッチング素子の制御用の制御回路がトリガースイッチ入力で電源供給されるものにおいて、制御回路出力でスイッチング素子を強制オフさせる強制オフ手段を備えていることを特徴とする電動工具用制御駆動回路。
