Abstract
【解決手段】RFID用のIC103に接続されたダイポール状のアンテナパターン104,105からなるタグアンテナ102と、タグアンテナ102のアンテナパターン104,105に対して所定の形態で接続された一つあるいは複数の整合用のパターンであり、タグアンテナ102の特性を整合させるための整合部110と、整合部110の整合の操作内容を標記した標記部120と、を備える。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1によるRFIDタグの構成を示す図である。このRFIDタグ100は、フィルム基材101上にタグアンテナ102が形成されてなる。フィルム基材101としては、PET(POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE)樹脂や、誘電体基板、ABS(ACRYLONITRILE、BUTADIENE、STYRENE)樹脂等が用いられる。このフィルム基材101は、可撓性を有する構成にもできる。
図7は、本発明の実施の形態2によるRFIDタグの構成を示す図である。このRFIDタグ700は、実施の形態1(図1参照)の各部の構成とほぼ同一であるが、標記部720の標記内容が異なる。実施の形態2の標記部720は、RFIDタグ700が貼付される貼付材料を標記したものである。なお、このRFIDタグ700の使用周波数(使用する国や地域等)は固定であるとする。
実施の形態3では、タグアンテナの形状が異なる複数の例について説明する。図10は、実施の形態3によるRFIDタグ(メアンダラインアンテナ)の構成を示す図である。実施の形態1と同じ構成部には同じ符号を附してある。図10に示すRFIDタグ1000は、実施の形態1(図1参照)と比べて、タグアンテナ1002を構成する導体パターンをメアンダ状に折り曲げて構成した点が異なる。
図14は、本発明の実施の形態4によるRFIDタグの構成を示す図である。実施の形態4のRFIDタグ1400は、使用周波数と、貼付材料とを組み合わせてアンテナとICとの整合を行う構成である。
前記アンテナの導体パターンに対して所定の形態で接続された一つあるいは複数の整合用のパターンであり、前記アンテナの特性を整合させるための整合部と、
前記整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した標記部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。
前記ICチップに並列に所定の長さを有して接続され、当該長さに対応したインダクタンス成分を有する整合用のパターンであり、前記アンテナが有するアドミッタンスの虚部が前記ICチップのアドミッタンスの虚部と同等の絶対値を持つように、当該整合用のパターンの長さの変更により前記インダクタンスを変更自在な整合部と、
前記整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した標記部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。
前記整合部は、前記導体パターンの内部に、前記ICチップの部分から前記導体パターンに沿って形成されたスリットであり、当該スリットの長さの変更により、前記インダクタンスを変更自在なことを特徴とする付記2に記載のRFIDタグ。
前記標記部から離れた箇所に、当該標記部の整合の操作内容の詳細を標記したことを特徴とする付記2〜9のいずれか一つに記載のRFIDタグ。
前記アンテナの導体パターンの折り返しの長さを変更させることにより、アンテナ利得を変更させる第1の整合部と、
前記アンテナの導体パターンに対して所定の長さを有して前記ICチップに並列に接続され、当該長さに対応したインダクタンス成分を有する整合用のパターンであり、前記アンテナが有するアドミッタンスの虚部が前記ICチップのアドミッタンスの虚部と同等の絶対値を持つように、当該整合用のパターンの長さの変更により前記インダクタンスを変更自在な第2の整合部と、
前記第1の整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した第1の標記部と、
前記第2の整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した第2の標記部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。

Claims (10)
- RFID用のICチップに接続されたダイポール状の導体パターンからなるアンテナと、
前記アンテナの導体パターンに対して所定の形態で接続された一つあるいは複数の整合用のパターンであり、前記アンテナの特性を整合させるための整合部と、
前記整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した標記部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - RFID用のICチップに接続されたダイポール状の導体パターンからなるアンテナと、
前記ICチップに並列に所定の長さを有して接続され、当該長さに対応したインダクタンス成分を有する整合用のパターンであり、前記アンテナが有するアドミッタンスの虚部が前記ICチップのアドミッタンスの虚部と同等の絶対値を持つように、当該整合用のパターンの長さの変更により前記インダクタンスを変更自在な整合部と、
前記整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した標記部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - 前記アンテナは、前記導体パターンをメアンダ状に折り返して形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記アンテナは、前記ICチップを中心として相対方向に延びる導体パターンからなり、
前記整合部は、前記導体パターンの内部に、前記ICチップの部分から前記導体パターンに沿って形成されたスリットであり、当該スリットの長さの変更により、前記インダクタンスを変更自在なことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記標記部は、前記整合部の前記整合用のパターンの側部に、当該アンテナを使用する際の使用周波数として標記したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記標記部は、前記整合部の前記整合用のパターンの側部に、当該アンテナを使用する際の使用周波数に対応した使用地域名を標記したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記標記部は、前記整合部の前記整合用のパターンの側部に、当該アンテナを使用する際の使用周波数に対応した国名を標記したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記標記部は、前記整合部の前記整合用のパターンの側部に、当該アンテナを使用する際の貼付対象の材料名を標記したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記標記部は、前記整合部の前記整合用のパターンの側部に、小数の文字あるいは記号を用いて整合の操作内容を標記するとともに、
前記標記部から離れた箇所に、当該標記部の整合の操作内容の詳細を標記したことを特徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか一つに記載のRFIDタグ。 - RFID用のICチップに接続されたダイポール状の導体パターンからなるアンテナと、
前記アンテナの導体パターンの折り返しの長さを変更させることにより、アンテナ利得を変更させる第1の整合部と、
前記アンテナの導体パターンに対して所定の長さを有して前記ICチップに並列に接続され、当該長さに対応したインダクタンス成分を有する整合用のパターンであり、前記アンテナが有するアドミッタンスの虚部が前記ICチップのアドミッタンスの虚部と同等の絶対値を持つように、当該整合用のパターンの長さの変更により前記インダクタンスを変更自在な第2の整合部と、
前記第1の整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した第1の標記部と、
前記第2の整合部における整合の操作内容を標記した第2の標記部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。
