Abstract
【解決手段】前面側が開口した外箱3および内箱4からなりこれらの間に断熱材5が充填された断熱箱体2を備え、外箱3は前面側端面を折り曲げて形成され開口部側に開口されたほぼコ字状の挿着部aが設けられ、内箱4は前面側端面を外箱3側に折り曲げて形成され外箱3の挿着部aに挿入される挿入部4aが設けられ、外箱3の挿着部a内において内箱4の挿入部4aに沿って配設された放熱パイプ2を備え、内箱4の挿入部4aが放熱パイプ12に沿う形状に形成されて挿入部4aにシート状の断熱手段11を設けた。

また、特許文献2にかかる従来の断熱箱は、内箱と外箱とを断熱するものの、電熱ヒータを構成要件としていない。
図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る冷凍冷蔵庫の斜視図、図2は図1のA−A断面図、図3は図1のB−B断面図である。
図において、冷凍冷蔵庫は、冷蔵庫本体1とこの冷蔵庫本体1に開閉自在に取り付けられた扉20及び引出し式の扉20a,20bを備えている。冷蔵庫本体1には断熱箱体2が設けられ、この断熱箱体2は、鋼板よりなる外箱3と、合成樹脂製の内箱4と、これら両者間に充填された断熱材5等によって構成され、断熱箱体2の前面には前面開口部10が設けられている。そして、外箱3の前面開口縁31には、前面開口部10側に向かって狭まり開口した断面ほぼコ字状の挿着部aが形成されており、この挿着部aに内箱4の挿入部(後述する)が嵌め込まれている。
断熱シート11は、グラス繊維等によって厚さが1.5mm〜3.0mm程度のフェルト状に形成され、熱伝導率約0.03(W/m K)の物性を有する。鋼板の熱伝導率は約20(W/m K)、合成樹脂の熱伝導率は約0.2(W/m K)であるため、断熱シート11は鋼板の外箱3や合成樹脂製の内箱4よりも断熱性に優れており、断熱シート11の片面に粘着加工を施すことで内箱4の挿入部4aに貼り付けられる構造になっている。
また、外箱3の挿着部aに設けた放熱パイプ12は、外箱3の前面開口縁31(第1の挿入面3b、吸着面3a)に熱を逃がし温度を上昇させて露付きを防止する。放熱パイプ12から挿入部4aへ向かう熱は、外箱3の挿着部a内に配置された放熱パイプ12と内箱4の挿入部4aとの間に介装された断熱シート11によって遮られて、挿入部4aに伝わらない。
図7は本発明の実施の形態2に係る冷凍冷蔵庫の断面図である。なお、実施の形態1と同一部分には同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。
実施の形態1では、内箱4の挿入部4aの表と裏のほぼ全周が断熱シート11によって覆われている場合を示したが、本実施の形態2では、内箱4の挿入部4aの放熱パイプ12が位置する側の面だけを断熱シート11で覆うようにしたものである。すなわち、図7に示すように、内箱4の挿入部4aに設けられたU字状曲げ部4bの凹部側にだけ、例えば厚さ3mmの断熱シート11を貼り付けるようにしたものである。
本実施の形態2によれば、内箱4の挿入部4aの放熱パイプ12が位置する側の面だけに断熱シート11を貼り付けるようにしたので、断熱シート11の厚みを増すことができ、放熱パイプ12からの熱ロスを効率よく減少させることができる。また、挿入部4aに断熱シート11を貼り付ける作業が、挿入部4aの放熱パイプ12が位置する側の面だけで済むため、作業の効率性が良い。
Claims (6)
- 前面側が開口した外箱および内箱からなりこれらの間に断熱材が充填された断熱箱体を備え、
前記外箱は前面側端面を折り曲げて形成され前記開口部側に開口されたほぼコ字状の挿着部が設けられ、前記内箱は前面側端面を前記外箱側に折り曲げて形成され前記外箱の挿着部に挿入される挿入部が設けられ、前記外箱の挿着部内において前記内箱の挿入部に沿って配設された放熱パイプを備え、前記内箱の挿入部が前記放熱パイプに沿う形状に形成されて該挿入部にシート状の断熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする冷凍冷蔵庫。 - 前記挿入部の表と裏のほぼ全面に前記シート状の断熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍冷蔵庫。
- 前記挿入部の放熱パイプ側の面に前記シート状の断熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍冷蔵庫。
- 前記外箱の挿着部は、該外箱の前面側端面が前記開口部側に折り曲げられ、さらに前記外箱の奥側において1往復するように折り曲げられて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の冷凍冷蔵庫。
- 前記断熱手段はフェルト状の断熱シートによって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷凍冷蔵庫。
- 前記フェルト状の断熱シートはグラス繊維によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の冷凍冷蔵庫。
