Abstract

Claims (10)
- 圧縮機(20)と、前記圧縮機(20)に直結された電気モータ(30)とから成るモータ圧縮機(10)であって、前記圧縮機(20)と前記電気モータ(30)が単一ユニットとして統合され、単一のボックスまたはケーシング(12)に収容されていることを特徴とするモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 電気モータ(30)の回転子(32)と圧縮機(20)の回転子(22)の両者を支持する3つの有効なラジアル磁気軸受(70)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 前記3つの有効な磁気軸受(70)の第1および第2の軸受が、前記電気モータ(30)の前記回転子(32)をその端部付近で支持するのに対して、前記3つの有効な磁気軸受(70)の第3の有効な磁気軸受は、前記圧縮機(20)の前記シャフトまたは回転子の自由端上に配置され、これを支持することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 圧縮機の軸受に近接して位置する第4のガス支柱(85)も有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 前記圧縮機(20)の回転子(22)と前記電気モータ(30)の回転子(32)を接続し、一体化させる、前歯部を備えたダイレクトカップリング(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 前記圧縮機(20)が、前歯部を有する一連のダイレクトカップリング(51)によって互いに一体化させられる一連の部分(22’)に再分割される回転子(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 各部分(22’)が、シャフトと一体的な個別の翼車(26)を備えており、前歯部を備えた個別のダイレクトカップリング(51)によって少なくとも別の部分(22’)に連結されるのにも適していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 特に前記電気モータ(30)の回転子(32)上に位置し、軸推力を支持するのに適した有効な磁気軸受(80)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 前記ケーシング(12)が、供給/処理流体の通路および電気接続用ワイヤの通路にのみ適した一連の開口部を側面に有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 水平方向または垂直方向のどちらの構造も可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
